Lg Electronics review in Fountain Valley, California: I don't know will they give me rebate or not?

I've bounght the LG bluetooth on the end of DEC,2010(Part#SGBS0005501 HBM-235) on Meriteline.com, then i sent the rebate($20.00)out on JAN,5th 2011.it's been for awhile i checked the rebate on abcpromotion.com with the rebate status: Date submitted 2/2/2011 Last modified date:2/3/2011 Current status: Approved Current Status: Your rebate has been approved and submitted for fulfillment. Please allow up to 60 days to fulfill your claim. Since there i've checked the rebate by phone#901-348-9667(on 3/21/2011). they've told me your rebate needs 60 days to process the check to send out. On 4/3/2011 i've sent the email to lgacc@acbcoop.com (has been provided by abcpromotion.com/contact information)then they ask me call customer helpdesk#901-348-9667 and the lady told me it needs tobe 10 weeks to process,then i sent the email to question about the policy has changed(10 weeks) but they said the check will be processing to send to my home address shortly but until now i didn't receive anything yet????? I don't know this is a scam or not??? .....from the they they accepted it until now was 2 months and 6 days

I bought 5 headsets for $20 each. These headsets are free after

rebate. I submitted all my rebates, the rebate check should be

$100, but they only refunded me $20, which is a partial of what I

should receive. I tried to call them twice. They said the program is

closed and they refuse to pay full amount.

I am in th same situation.

Called ACBPROMO and was told that an additional two weeks was required.

Person I was speaking to had an attitude when I asked why the delay. I guess a lot of other consumers are complaining.

LG has hired the worst company to process rebates. I will not give LG any further business because of this disrespect.

We got a similar runaround when trying to redeem a free Netflix offer that we legitimately earned for purchasing an LG TV. When we submitted the claim online, our request was rejected--it said our TV's serial number was invalid.

We had to email a photo of the serial number from the back of our TV to LG and wait for a response from them, which took about 10 days. We've talked to others who purchased TVs which came with this Netflix offer, and they had to do the same thing. I think they purposely make it difficult to redeem the Netflix thing so that you'll just give up.

I won't buy another LG TV either. That's sad because I actually like my TV.

Purchased new at the end of Aug 2010, this dishwasher has been terrible practically from the beginning. From the shoddy install (thanks to Home Depot) until this day, it's been nothing but a problem. - The machine hasn't cleaned properly in months, leaving us to hand wash dishes b/c they come out dirtier than when they went in (and we rinse WELL prior to loading the racks in accordance with the instructions in the manual). It's been out of commission more than it's been in working order, with 3 repair calls since November: - We've spent almost 6 weeks waiting on parts and repairs the first time. We called 5 different places, all given to us by LG as contracted repair companies, and NONE would work on their product. I was told that they either couldn't get the parts, or they couldn't get timely payment from LG. - We spent 4 weeks waiting on their contracted warranty co, who stood me up TWICE leaving me to wait all day only for them not to show up to fix it the second time; and when they finally did replace the pump, they didn't replace a clip leaving it to fall out from under the countertop when the door was opened. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until the next day when I went to use the machine; AND, the machine still doesn't clean any better than when we started the repair process. - And a week after the last repair, the entire control panel went dead. I spent 2 weeks waiting on a scheduled repair from the second repair co who didn't return calls, only to have to demand a new warranty company from LG. Another week passed before the newest company came out to repair it. They had to order a part last week and told me they'd probably have it by Wednesday to install and then we could "see" what else is wrong b/c the part may not even solve the problem. Well, the part is backordered from LG and NO ONE knows when it will be in. Somewhere between 5 and 10 business days and months. (I'm not joking about that either!) And the kicker is that they didn't even feel it was necessary to let me know that it was backordered. I only found out b/c I called to find out what was going on. So much for customer service. - And, now LG is blaming the repair company saying they didn't order their part in a timely manner; the repair company is blaming LG... and I'm stuck in the middle. LG refused to replace this brand new, expensive lemon of a dishwasher until THEIR repair company says that it can't be fixed. I'm the first to tout a company for doing something right, and usually I hesitate to complain until I utilize every possible source to find resolution. With that said, this has gone too, too far. I don't think it's too much to ask to have a $700 dishwasher work for more than 2 months. All I want is a new dishwasher that actually works!

You must have the same POS dishwasher that I do! I will never, ever buy another LG appliance.

I've had mine six months, and when it's not quitting the cycle with an E1 reading, it doesn't get the dishes clean and I have to hand wash every single one. LG might make good TVs and phones, but their appliances SUCK!!

I have fought with LG for over a month to get them to stand behind their purported high-quality product image to no avail. I just installed a pair of LG laundry appliances the beginning of March 2011, and the dryer has not worked from Day One. Unfortunately, and what LG uses as their excuse for not standing behind their warranty, I purchased these units over a year ago and simply did not install them until now. Based on date of purchase only, they refuse to provide any service. The dryer is "dead." Thank goodness I used a credit card for the purchase which offers a "double manufacturer's warranty," so I now have to go through the hassle of getting reimbursed for the cost of the service call and repair instead of LG accepting responsibility for an obviously defective dryer. I will NEVER purchase LG appliances again.....ever, ever, ever.

None of these remedies will fix the program. LG refuses to admit they made a faulty product. My daughter has a skin disorder due to the mold spores in her clothes. A class action law suit will get their attention. In the mean time I will go all over the net. Doing two things Telling people how LG is not a consumer considerate company.... and how their products are substandard across the board... the customer complaints establish this. I have already written letters to Home Depot to not Sell LG as they do not have the interest of the customer in mind. They have told me that they already are aware of this and are looking to Replace the LG line with another vendor as they cannot afford to loose customers in this difficult economy. I encourage all who read this to respond and send LG a clear message that they should sell these product to their neighbor North Korea ... see what happens. :? We bought LG front load fully automatic washing machine and it started giving problems just after 3 months of purchase. After registering the complaint 5 so called engineers from LG visited our house to check the washing machine but none of them could figure out the fault in the washing machine instead they gave illogical explanations like there is a voltage problem in our house etc..but finally one engineer told me that the washing machine will go to the workshop and the front panel would be changed within 2 days..after 4 days nobody came to pick up machine and again after redistering the complaints on one fine day machine was picked up from our place and when deliverd back to our surprise they had put old scratched parts on our new machine. I have called customer care atleast 5 times for this but no action has been taken. I am really really pissed off with their services and regret our decision of buy LG product :(

Just bought a brand new LG washer and dryer bahama blue from the Brick, used spray n wash and splashed some on the top - totally removed the gloss coat - apparently from LG told not to use spray n wash to clean my dryer! My complaint resulted in LG sending me the 34 page manual and telling me not to use abrasive cleaners on the finish. guess if you buy a new car you should not get it dirty. This is ridiculous! LG does not cover any damage to the item. Never purchase anything from LG - I will never again. The escalation process I doubt exists.

LG Plasma Televisions....BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! For anyone considering purchasing any LG plasma television, please read this very carefully. My name is William Abbate. I had a very horrible experience with LG. I spent nearly $5000 on a 50PY2DR set. Within 2 years of use, if you want to even call it that, it was broken. Keep in mind that I own numerous televisions and, this set was barely even used. I contacted LG with my concern and, they offered to pay for the part/parts and I would foot the bill for the service. Naturally, they chose the cheapest way out and only replaced the Y-board. Shortly after this horrific experience, after my floors were scratched to ***, low and behold...the television was broken again. This time it was outside of the warranty period. LG recommended one of their repair places near our home in Greenwich, CT. The technician was kind and astute enough to inform me that an improper repair was done originally which caused the tv to brake again. Both boards were suppossed to be replaced, not one. LG figured they would take the cheap way out. I would have to come back to them in the future when my tv broke again in a short period of time. DO NOT deal with this company. They are NOT REPUTABLE. Their customer service agents in Huntsville, AL are idiots with barely a pulse. I WOULD NEVER, EVER purchase one of their products ever again. In fact, I wouldn't even take one for free. They DO NOT care about customer retention. They are merely interested with making an initial sale. Bottom Line: Their products are subpar...in fact, they suck !!! Management should review their customer experiences. I understand that the Koreans really do not care about customer retention. Their interest lies only in making a sale. BEWARE !!!!!!!!! Purchased a Oven, Refrig, and Dishwasher all LG. All ***! Oven cost $1200.00. It is only 3 months old and the bottome of the knobs have melted. When I called to have them replaced they said I used something on them to clean them. NOT. They were melted! Dishwasher a piece of ***. Frig the inside under the shelves is turning colors. It cost $2500.00 double freezer on the bottome. Never again! Don't do it. Go to Sears and get the kemore. That stuff lasts forever. I will never buy LG again. They are not worthy of my money.

I stand by my GE and Kitchen Aid appliances. They've been great.

But to keep competing with LG like brands they may have to start making them in China as well. Why don't Americans protect their own?

I called in to explain that my newly purchase LG Gas Range, model #LRG30357ST caught fire while in the Self Cleaning mode, and they sent out an service tech and he only took pictures and reported back to the company that I placed liquid in the oven and they would not hold up to there warranty on this product. I was told by Ms. Valerie Miller from that company that this stove is design to catch itself on fire to clean the oven which I know that this is a lie because I had used the self cleaning mode before and it did not catch on fire, never buy LG product.

i purchased a lg 47lx6500 3d tv and paid $1500.oo in nov. of 2010, it needed service in jan. 2011. it took 2 wks to get repaired then after one week it broke again and i called lg and the repairman. after about a month of no returned calls lg said they would submit to their ra department, well another week goes by and they say they have no comparable tv's to give me. i mean come on, i am not that ***. the real problem is that it is 2011 and they don't want to give me the lw5600 3d tv (the same as the 2010 lx6500) because the price is about $200.00 more. they then tell me they would refund my money after i ship my tv to them and then 7-10 days after they recieve it!! i have went woth out a tv for long enough now ( mostly hurting my 8 year old daughter) and now i have to wait longer !!! oh, then suddenly they have a 55lx6500 (2010 model)factory refurbished they can send me, well that was monday today is sunday and still no tv. a good company would have immediatly replaced it with the current years model and given the size upgrade for all the hassle, but not lg you just get the hassle with added wait time and more hassle!!!
