Went to turn on our 55" flat screen TV this morning and the screen flashes on & off. You get a glimpse of the picture and sound is steady.

Online says it could be a cracked motherboard to blown LED's. This TV is less than 1 yr old. This was a replacement to a different 55" LG flat screen that was having lines across the top half at less than 1 yr old. Forums online are full of LG problems just like mine.

Customer support is rude & no help at all. After 2 weeks you can not take the TV back to store & LG did not offer any kind of extended warranty. We purchased LG because they were American made. It is sad that an American Company cares so little about quality & customers.

My little 10 yr old 32" Phillips has been beaten to heck yet still serves as a durable standby when my LG's fail. We will NEVER buy an LG product EVER again.

Nothing but bad luck with our LG cell phones also. Will advise and spread the word to buy other brands.

I didn't like: Tv costing almost a grand and not even lasting 1 year.

55''' flat screen failed after 2 weeks & the worst of all is that the part is back ordered 4 week total BULL ***!!!! This product is total crap !!!
