Terrible Warranty Service

We initially paid $125 to have the service started to get a repairman out. We had to pay an additional $125 after he fixed it. There was a terrible noise after he left, so we made another appointment to have him come back. He took the washer apart but could not get it back together again. We were left without a washer all together. We still had to pay the $65 for him to come out even though we had no washer at all. We paid a total of $315 to have a broken washer. Mind you, we paid $2600 for the set in 2016! No more LGs for us!

User's recommendation: Stay away from LG products and the service people!

TV - Warranty concerns and lack of support

Inside of TV was broken and LG won't cover the damage . TV is 5 months old and I have had horrible experience with Contact Center. Trying to find replacement parts and was told cost is $3000. The TV only cost $1800.

Can't connect WiFi

Was connected then wasnt. I went to settings selected wifi and it just searches saying no wifi connection, but all the other TVs and devices are connected

Poor service support from LG

Very poor after sales support and no progress till date

I bought LG fridge in Feb 2020 and within 1.5 years now the board &; compressor gone failure. Had complained to LG customer care 10 days ago but didn't even receive complaint ref no. for 9 days. Finally 1 technician visited after 2 days and changed the board after 8 days. Following-up for compressor issues now; looks like they do not have properly trained technicians who are very irresponsible and will not pick up the calls most of the times. I'm sure they have not undergone a basic training of customer response. Both the technicians started quarrelling holding me on the call as they did not assign and communicate the service issues with each other. Till now the issue is not resolved.

Completamente frustrado-_NO HEATING-SING SONG DO NOT STOP

Combo LG model LWC3063ST. I was not able to cook a simple pizza in my oven, and after set up time, an automatic continue noising singsongs, DO NOT STOP and the worse thing is that the heating DO NO WORK. I can NOT stop this noise song and no able to cook NOTHING from the time I bought it (Nov 17-2020). I am really mad, because I was waiting for the delivery almost 3 months. I lost my money 407-461-****. Unable to cook my turkey either. Video impossible, the website do not take it ! Oh my God!!!

I bought LG S/S glass top stove &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; S/S refrigerator only 5.5 years ago. One stove elements stop working and others have cross connection since last year. I called repairman, and he said cost me about $300 part + labor to repair it, better buy new one. Now fridge stop cooling down. I called LG helpline, and they said we can call a LG repair represented and the problem is with the compressor then part will be free and I need to pay labor. The labor is as expensive as part as will. I am really disappointed.

Cheap plastic defective leg broke on the TV caused it to too low and shatter. If a child had been in from of the TV it would have been catastrophic.

I requested specs on their 43 inch TV that were unavailable on-line or, after a long wait, on the phone

No response. No surprise, either. "Customer service" is a polite fiction for most large companies, especially in the field of electronics. However, in this case it doesn't matter since I've heard negative reports on the LG product and no longer have an interest in purchasing one.

Lg Range damaged

I purchased a range from Home Depot on October 22,2020 to be delivered to my son Jason Smalls from the Marrietta,Ga store on 11-20-2020. It was delivered on today and was damaged. I called the #877-946-**** spoke with a John he was very unconcered said it was reported nothing can be done, I think that was not correct response, we have waited almost a month then to receive your purchase and it have to be sent back for damaged. Then it will take 24 to 48 hours to receive a call back. Next week is Thanksgiving, just when will he get his present.

Received a broken refrigerator

I purchased a 4,100 refrigerator I had it for 17 days and it stopped working LG has been the worst people to deal with their customer service is horrible they sold me a lemon of a refrigerator and refuse to replace it with a new one after sending out 3 technicians they just want to replace parts I had to file a complaint with the better business bureau and I have to file a lawsuit because they sold me an appliance that was broken and has multiple issues with it

Purchased worthless LG REFRIGERATOR...SEE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

paid $3000 FOR A WORTHLESS LG REFRIGERATOR AND $300 for their refrigerator warrantee from brandsmart. now, my refrigerator is broken for the last 6 weeks !!!! still waiting for help to replace it since after 3 service calls no one can fix it. it's a beautiful stainless large 30 cu french door ( 4- dr with water and ice maker) lg piece of garbage. just found out there's a class action law suit against lg...big surprise. i wouldn't purchase anything from lg after calling them for help over 65 times ! This warrantee appears to be worthless as well since they still haven't returned my calls from last week.
