I purchased an LG front loading washer. After 2 weeks, it was not spinning properly. I called LG, they sent some one out, and he replaced the rotor. Guess what? It still doesn't work right. I called back, requested they pick up this washer and bring a different one. Nope. They said they will service it every week if needed-until the end of the manufacturers warranty. In the mean time-I am supposed to miss work and wait for their repairman, and run to the Laundromat when the washer is not working. I asked why they didn't stand behind their products, this one is obviously defective. Basically- I bought the washer, not their problem.

HAD LG MICROWAVE FOR 10 MONTHS IT STOPPED WORKING. CALLED LG THEY SAID NEEDED PROOF OF PURCHASE SO CALLED HOME DEPOT .COM WHERE I GOT IT HOME DEPOT SAID THEY COULD SEE IT ON COMPUTER BUT COULD NOT EMAIL IT. SO THEY EMAILED ME WHERE THEY CHARGED CREDIT CARD. SO LG TURNED ME DOWN BECAUSE OF MODEL AND SERIAL NOT ON HOME DEPOT CHARGE BUT LG PRODUCT WAS ON CHARGE. HOME DEPOT AND LG HAS A GOOD SCAM GOING DON'T THEY. LIFE IS NOT GOOD LIKE !!!!!!

After having an LG front loading washer, I swore I would never buy another LG washer again. I don't know what I was thinking, but after searching for a decent washer at a fair price I chose the LG Wave Force top load. What a big mistake. This washer ALWAYS goes out of balance when doing any kind of load (who has time to watch the laundry!!!), never puts enough water in the bin, the clothes come out knotted and wrinkled. I've tried every setting and still have had the same problem. No more LG for us!

Purchased a brand VZW LG G4 cash and accidently dropped it after 2-3 weeks of use. To ensure I got it repaired by the experts I called and got advice how to return the item for repair. Followed the instructions to the tee and after weeks of calling LG Customer Support I'm advised that someone signed for the package at the repair facility but they have no idea who and recommended I work with USPS for a solution. USPS responded they delivered to the LG repair center but LG continues to say they did not recieve the device. So I'm caught between two corporate giants and bring advised it is my problem. I am out $585 and at my wits end and have no where else to turn, so I'm seeking relief through complaint sites. By the way I also contacted the Better Business Bureau but LG keeps feeding them the same line. Help, is there no help for ...

Bought LG fridge in Nov. 2011 at a cost of over $2300 USD. In 2012 we had to replace the ice maker TWICE!. It has now failed again and LG says I must pay for the replacement. How does the same part fail 3 times - once every year? We will NEVER buy LG again. Unfortunately, we purchase an LG washer and dryer last year and hope we do not have to interface with this company again.LG - "life is G-D Awful!". Next stop Samsung or GE!

I have got a LG dishwasher, worked wonderfully, but don't get a problem with the machine as the repair people are useless. Gives a code HE they replaced the whole heating unit, paid the call out fees but dishwasher still throws out code HE. called the repair people from Johannesburg once again, am still waiting for a reply, problem is still there they do not know how to fix it or where the problem is. they do not answer a phone so no feedback and part was replaced which was not even necessary as the wrong part has been replaced.

When I got the refrigerator, I was very frustrated to learn that the shelves are not adjustable at all! I called 800-243-0000 and got absolutely no help at all. The supervisor there LeAnne, at extension 10262 was very incompetent and didn’t know anything about the product. Furthermore, she told me to exchange the refrigerator with Sears. (This is not something I want to even contemplate given the problems I had getting the refrigerator from Sears. First they double billed me for this one refrigerator. Then they delayed the shipment a whole month, when they said they had 4 in stock at the time I purchased it, so I had no refrigerator for a month. If that wasn’t enough, they installed it incorrectly, and flooded my kitchen. So you can see why I don’t want to go through that channel again.) I told LeAnne what a fiasco Sears was. I said that she could give me a rebate or something for my inconvenience. She said LG doesn’t give rebates, which is incorrect, because LG has a $400 rebate going on right now. I asked LeAnne if she could give me her manager’s name. She said she couldn’t. I am so frustrated about this. LG clearly, incorrectly states that the fridge has adjustable shelves, which it clearly doesn’t. That is false advertising. Furthermore, LG apparently doesn’t own up to it’s mistakes (based on my conversation with supervisor LeAnne), nor does LG care about it’s customers.

bought phone in November was told I would receive 200$ GIFT CARD in 3-4 weeks have called Verizon to complain told me they called your company. Not to worry card is on its way, Liars cheapskates pay up !!!!.It has been 3 months what is the problem? PHONE is junk, hard to use complicated, and certainly not worth 600$. My first phone was an LG broke right after warranty ran out more junk!!!! More rip offs by foreign made ***!!! Will take phone back to Verizon and tell where to put it. *** not believe amount off consumer complaints against your company.

I had the same issue after 8 months with an LG 65UF7700.

It even has the issue in the same quadrant as your TV, lower left side. I also have vertical and horizontal lines running across from the epicenter.

LG is adamant that there was an impact to the screen.

I was out of the country for 3 weeks and found this upon returning. I have filed a complaint on BBB.
