SIX MONTH?S TO GET TWO NEW DISHWAS?HERS SERVICED

Bought two new diswashers installed in June 2020 The firwst one never worked the other worked for a WEEK I called there warranty line and Requested warranty. The first appt was 7 weeks. I waited the seven weeks but on the day of service i got an email cancelling appt I called LG to inform them but they could not immediately find another service company They said I could try and submit a replacement request. IT would take a week to get an answer but after nearly three weeks I heard nothing So I called them and them and they denied it saying there were service options out there I did not like it but I said please go ahead and scheduled service. They said they would get it scheduled an call me or email me Three weeks went by and no word so I called them back They had done nothing during that three weeks Except cut me off while on hold three times when i tired to call them after waiting for an hour each time. After being sent to the wrong department twice I was informed they found a service company to come out which was the the same company that cancelled the first time This time It would be another seven week wait December 24th SIX MONTH TWO NEW DISHWSASHERS CANNOT GET THEM SERVICED I am going to every site I can to ensure everyone understands just how bad there service is

DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!!

Bought a LG gas stove 2 yrs ago this month Model #LRG3193ST, the digital panel is failing and have contacted the LG company and the Litigation Department regarding the problem since I can't bake, read the time, nor set the timer because I CAN'T READ THE PANEL BECAUSE THE DIGITAL NUMBERS HAVE DISAPPEARED!!!! I can only use the top of the gas stove. I was told the repair is at my cost since warranty on the whole stove is only for a year. So I paid 900.00 for a stove that I have only used two years and now I can only cook on the cooktop. So they only make products that are crap and only last a couple of years. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LG PRODUCT AGAIN, THEY ARE A RIP OFF FOR THE CONSUMER.

Bought a gas stove Nov 2018, Model #LRG3193ST, and the digital panel is failing and they will not fix the problem, its all my responsibility. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LG PRODUCT AGAIN. PAID 700.00 FOR A STOVE THAT LASTED 2 YRS. I CANNOT USE THE OVEN BECAUSE I CANNOT SET THE TEMPERATURE, READ TIME, OR SET TIMER.!!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever had.

First week October I ordered (2) legstands to my television. I broke one right out of the box. I never received the order. I was told repeatedly that they were on back order. I make another call and speak to someone who sees no record of my order. She reorders them and says it is free of charge. (I already paid for them!!!) So I finally get them (it) there was only one and of course it is the ONE!!!!!!!!!!!! On on the phone again and speaking to someone who lets me know that they will re-order the part free of charge. (I already paid for the part!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) I am so over this. I will never buy another LG item again. I am telling everyone I know about my experience and asking them to share it on fb also. UNSATISFACTORY

Emailed company, received acknowledgment and someone would contact me, Several days later received an email to evaluate the service. Service a minus 0 Before the Virus, i would get sent to one person, then to another, then to an other

Door on Door Refrigerator

After 2 years the unit stared to break down. 1. Icemaker had to be replaced 2. Logic board had to be replaced 3. Blower had to be replaced since then it has become noisy 4. Blower again stopped working causing fridge to not work, freezer was frosted. 5. Compressor had tp be replaced and again failed after a few months. All of these failures occurred on major holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Eventually dumped the unit and bought another Fridge not LG of course.

LG Sound bar 5.1.2 channel 570W

After a while there is an arching sound like Click, Click have to shut it down and then in a few days it happens again. I bought it on August 2019 and now it is out of warranty.

2 purchased dryers purchased, delivered and broke on the same day

I bought 2 pairs of LG washers and dryers. Front loading with all the extras. They were delivered and installed the same day. My daughters is used multiple times a day with large loads, mine is used, 3 small loads a week one each, 1 whites, 1light colors, and 1dark. Both dryers made a horrible noise then stopped working on the same day. COINCIDENCE I THINK NOT!! u tube has a posting about rollers on an LG dryer. You can find it by typing in BIG NOISE IN LG DRYER. I need new dryers but would like to hear from you before I purchase them and before I post this publicly everywhere I can

FRIDGE--FREEZER ON THE BOTTOM

Thinking I got a great fridge--and didn't! Frozen radishes/carrots/lettuce etc., adjusted--didn't matter. Hard too clean, even with the best sprays--no name it! I HATE THIS FRIDGE---and it was not cheap.I got it at BEST BUY, THE WORST PLACE AND LACK MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO! As a consumer this is what ya get?

Refrigerator out for over a month and still not fixed

My refrigerator has been out for a month. It takes them a week to get anyone to show up and another week for them to follow-up. The 3rd appointment 3 weeks later, the tech never showed up. I contacted customer service and spoke with a manager who stated she couldn't do anything to escalate the matter and was constrained to only put a new request in the computer. She further stipulated that she couldn't even call anyone. Quite pathetic!!

User's recommendation: If your decide to buy, be prepared for the worst customer service ever!!

I have a 65 inch smart tv, the Wi-Fi doesn't work and I can't get anyone to come fix it, I have been calling for 3 weeks al!I get is promises!!!!

Say they will! Get a tech to call me to make an appointment but never happened

Very bad service

I bought a refrigerator french door in march this year 2020 and in 5 months the brain is broken, I am been waiting 4 weeks to get fixed, nothing happen yet, today October 16, 2020, they just giving me the going around all the time, I will never buy nothing with this brand LG Electronics, I am very discusting with them.

Washer broke 7-24-2020. Still no resolution. 2 repairmen say it can't be fixed. They want to send another repairman. I have called them every week sometimes multiple times. I have spoken to an executive supervisor, who has agreed with my claim, still no resolution. All google reviews state poor customer service. Buyer beware!!
