Lg Electronics - LG Dryer was a LEMON

Within two weeks of delivery, the dryer stopped working. Run-around from LG Customer Service. They instructed us to contact authorized repair shops that were hundreds and thousands of miles from us. No service and no cooperation. A sympathetic certified LG technician inspected it and said he did not know what was wrong with it. He did this even though LG had not authorized him to do so. We even had Home Depot try to intervene with LG but no luck. We loaded it into our pick up truck and unloaded it at Home Depot. Home Depot graciously refunded our full purchase price.

Their customer service is terrible and they blocked my wife's phone after eight calls. I called back k with a different phone and was transferred five times. The representative promised to call me back but did not. We bought a lemon. Two years ago. The compressor and mother board went out. Poor customer service and poor product.
