Same as above but it broke just after the warranty expired after one year. Now I am having a problem with a tv I bought less than 6 months ago and they have already been out here once for the same problem yet they can't find a record of it and will not service it until I downloaded the receipt to their website which they sent to me yet they can't find that either. Time to sue.

Called with a simple inquiry regarding non skid pads that when you read the manual sound as through they are suppose to be provided with the machine. Was passed to 3 different phone numbers and tried on line chat support. The online chat support told me to call the 2nd number I was told to call before being told to speak with Samsung directly. Ended up getting nowhere. Interesting that when you call they have an option for you to participate in a survey after your customer service "experience" that is suppose to be a phone back. My phone rang 10 minutes later and the person on the other end said nothing after 3 hellos from me and then hung up. When I called the number back it was LG's main line. Kudos to LG for atrocious customer service.

I have tried desperately to get information as to how all the features on my 47 inch TV work. The 3d features in particular. I was on the phone with 4 different customer service representative this morning and 2 product specialist, if that's what you want to call them, the total time exceeded two and a half hours. in all that time and with all of those conversations I never received even one answer to any of my questions! all I wanted to know is what is the purpose of the icons that appear on the screen when you turn on the 3d feature.not only could I not find someone that could tell me but I could not find anyone that could even look it up. I found one of the people that I was talking to extremely rude. This is not customer service.this isindicative of customer service across the country. I probably should say across the world.

LG BP125 locked up, bricked after frimware update | Lg Electronics review from League City, Texas

Firmware update made it through to the auto power off and it did. When I went to power it back on all that it could do is show the LG life's good splash screen and keep trying to re-boot. I've been talking to the LG customer service people for hours with no avail. They keep telling me that it is broken and I will have to pay for it to be serviced even though I followed the LG manufactures instructions exactly. I even asked if they had any refurbished blu-ray players that could be purchased and they said no...they don't have any refurbished players. DO NOT buy LG products unless you are happy with the lack of customer support.

Just tried firmware update on my BP125 and exact same results. Unit is stuck on the "Life's Good" splash page.

The update bricked the unit.

LG 60" smart tv at BB 4/5/14. Issues, little over 15 days. Turning on/off, freezing, green square bottom of screen. Geek Squad came, days after issues again, LG 3x's from late April-June last LG came said wasn't anything left to change next, replace tv. TV started doing same from beginning as of 12/2/14. Now say so much time elapsed from last repair (what repair) I need another appt after saying nothing else could be done! WTF? OBVIOUSLY this was bad set to start with! NOT yr old shouldn't need repair this is BS! LG TERRIBLE, NASTY, LYING customer service too!

I will never purchase anything LG again! My husband and I both work very hard for our money. We purchased an LG front load washer and dryer the end of Aug. we called customer service to report our washer not working properly. They scheduled a service appointment for late the next week. The service man stated the the washer needed a new motor and several other parts that would have to be ordered. While we have waited 4 weeks for the service man to return. With several phone calls made to service center asking for return calls never getting a response only that the parts were on back order. It has been over month now without our washer. He was supposed to be here late this afternoon. It is now 6:30 and he has still not shown up. I would not advise purchasing LG products. We will NEVER make this mistake again!!

Bad services and low liability. | Lg Electronics review

I reported LG refrigerator broken under 5 years parts warranty in Oct. 11 2014. My refrigerator still won't work after 16 days waiting parts arriving , technicians repaire and we paid labor fee. The technician told me parts sent by manufacture is bad. I'm waiting 2nd parts back order so far. I call LG Services Center (1-800-243-0000 ) a lot, always told me need waiting 3-5 days or call me back but never got resolve so far. Today is Nov.10 without refrigerator almost one month in my home. This LG refrigerator used only 4 and half year, LG products not reliable and services very terrible!

How long should you wait to have your washer fixed? How many calls do you have to make? | Lg Electronics review from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

So, I and my husband have called LG service at least 6 times in the last month. The washer is no better off today, from the first call. They sent a service man who didn't do any thing but look at the washer. They have ordered parts, that they don't even know will fix it for sure. We are waiting another week to get the parts and service. This is a washer. Really, I will never buy LG again. I am looking into buying a new washer, I could have it delivered in 1 day. Really people, LIVE ISN"T GOOD! Don't waste your hard earned money on this stuff.

I gave been trying to get my washer of 3 months repaired. They have no one in my area.

I call the customer service line and they loss all of my info. They have no record of model number etc. I am beyond frustrated.

The mgr of dept just hung up on me for telling him this is unacceptable. He told me I'm at there mercy.

LG GAS STOVE PROBLEMS | Lg Electronics review from New Jersey

Model LRG3095ST - 4 year old, 5 burner stainless gas stove interior (blue porcelain) is deteriorating, blue paint is chipping off, also glass in door, 2 panes inside is cloudy, cannot be cleaned (no access). The same thing happened 2 years ago to the blue porcelain which LG replaced under warranty. They refuse to admit there is a problem and denied further warranty coverage. Also, one of the top burners would not ignite, repaired under warranty. I also purchased an LG french door regrigerator, which developed a ripped door gasket, also purchased steam LG dishwasher which doesn't clean that great. BOTTOM LINE, DO NOT BUY LG APPLIANCES!
