I made the biggest mistake of my life by buying an LG product, the service center has collected my split AC twice in the last 45 days, it comes back with the original problem of not cooling with additional problems, they took the indoor unit and fixed it back on the 5th of Sept changed the cooling coil, it still does not cool and water drips inside, technicians then take the outdoor unit and bring it back, no cooling water dripping, now I am told that the gas has leaked again and the drain pipe collar is broken. SAVE ME.

LG Monitor Defective, Customer Service Made Switch, BEWARE | Lg Electronics review from Rowlett, Texas

I purchased a LG 24" monitor, mod#24P56HQ, in June 2014 from Best Buy, $199.00, and less than 3 months later it began uncontrolled flashing and rolling of screen images, and then black out completely that could only be stopped/reset by power disconnect & start. LG Customer service issues RMA# & I mailed back for repair or replacement as "warranty states". When replacement arrived I discovered a completely different model than I sent in. I got back a REFURBISHED, NOT NEW OR REPAIRED 24" unit, but a 25", mod# 25um65, that is at least 2" less in height than the one originally purchased. Note that Best Buy's agreement (stated by BB cust service) with LG monitor products (and perhaps even broader range of products) does not allow for in-store exchanges on defective products. Upon inspecting the "replacement" unit and knowing I could not use it in the work I do, I followed up with LG cust service expressing my dissatisfaction and asked why I did not receive same class/model of product back and why a refurbished product much less. LG cust service responded in email stating verbatim " The monitor you received is a new model that just came out...It's been a pleasure assisting you....", nothing more addressing why, interest to exchange for same model purchased, NOTHING! Calling BS on LG customer service. Extremely dissatisfied with LG monitor products and more with LG customer callous switch-a-roo.

Here's something the sales person won't tell you when you are at the store and thinking about buying an LG appliance in Canada. When the day comes (and it will, sooner than you think) that the appliance needs repairs, and you are handy with tools and you decide you want to change that part yourself and save some cash, well you will be *** out of luck because no LG parts can be purchased either through a parts dealer or through LG, they won't sell it to you. Only certified LG repairmen are allowed to purchase the parts and the reason is they want the repair guy to go to your house and make the repairs and increase your cost's. I had a bad pump motor on my 2 year old dishwasher, I removed the pump and went to a parts dealer. Well as soon as I walked into the parts store the guy behind the parts counter knew right away what I had in my had, he said thats an LG circulation motor for a LG dishwasher you got, right? I said yes, he said forget about it, i'm not allowed to sell that part to anyone except an LG certified repairman, I said WHAT? He told me that it's LG's policy, so I called LG Canada and they told me the same thing "oh no sir, no distributor is allowed to sell you that part" I said why not? she replied "only our certified tech's can install that" So I said, you expect to charge people parts and labor for a total of approximately $300 dollars on a dishwasher that I purchased new for $800? That's robbery, she said "well you have no choice, that's the way it is", I replied "like *** it is, I'll find it on the net" and hung up. Well to my surprise, no USA parts dealer is allowed to ship that LG part to Canada, they tell me the same story,....LG won't allow them. So since I was going that week to the States I picked up a new motor at the local dealer and brought it back to Canada and installed the motor, total cost was $71 dollars. F-U LG. Don't buy LG products, cheaply made, poor customer service.

I bought this dishwasher from Home Depot approximately 2 years ago as a floor model. I was told the factory warranty was for one year. Immediately after it was installed it never cleaned the dishes, I called my own repair in and he said call LG it is under warranty. After numerous call to your consumer help desk I was given a variety of suggestions: change the detergent, run the hot water first, nothing is wrong with the dishwasher, or change the heater coil. All of the repair people are very far from me and none would come. Now after rinsing my dishes and putting them in the dishwasher, they come out worse then when I put them in!!! I called the repair man again and he told me that this model has a design flaw and it will cost over $500 to repair it. Why didn't LG send out a recall, I can't find this model on any of your sites, so my thoughts are that you have tried to remove all evidence that you ever made such a terrible model. Why should I be forced to pay all this additional money for a "design flaw" made by LG. I need to replace the panel board and the motor! I was so happy finally to have purchased good dishwasher instead of the Kenmore I was replacing (which I had for 15 years). After spending $1,800 on a new washer and dryer my wife and I attempted to register our new equipment online at LG.com. We found that we could not. What should have been a five minute task became an annoying and frustrating experience. After a few hours and two phone calls the issue remained unsolved. It was then that I discovered...through trial and error that the LG.com website will only function properly - i.e., let you register or log-in to your account, if you're using a PC with Internet Explorer. For a high-tech company with a huge internet presence I find it incredible that in the 21st Century I cannot access my account using a Macintosh nor can I use my choice of browsers. None of the people I spoke with in customer service or technical support would acknowledge this problem...although they all said they were willing to help me register over the phone.

At least you didn't buy Electrolux. Brought 4 Electrolux range needed $900 repair twice, refrig was replaced, microwave was replaced, dishwasher has a plastic impeller and jammed. They were much more expensive also.

I have bought LG washing machine with direct drive 8months ago. But 1week before company person came and told moter has to be replaced and since 1week over no response from them. They will not sell us at free of cost nor for changing parts. They loot customers by taking money for changing parts too. But also service wont be given properly. Friends please dont take LG company products. Worst company and worst service from company. They dont treet customer problem seriously.

Lg Electronics - Headset Review

I'm pissed at LG for not including a charger in my HBS 750. at least it's aptly named with BS right there in the model. I bought my HBS 750 in Best Buy and I got a decent deal on it because I price matched it to some site online. this allowed me to purchase the Geek Squad protection plan on it. I was debating whether to return on the first day because it did not come with a charger. I had to call LG to find out that basically they don't make a charger fot this model of head set. LG representative on the phone told me that I need to plug my headset into my computer. I told him I don't want to have to lug my laptop wherever I go simply to charge my headset. I insisted that it would be much simpler, lighter, and more secure to carry a charger with me. However, the they would not provide me with a charger because according to the LG representative, they don't make one the only thing that they provide you charge is not a charger it's some kind of cable which does not guarantee a clean and proper source of power with which to charge your headset. what was amazing to me was they suggested that I purchase a charger from Best Buy. Costing an additional $20 and up I told them *** no. I know I got a good deal but this price is $69.99 and that's a lot of moneyoto not include the charger. they say that the power scheme or charging scheme is universal when that's complete BS. The volts and amps are different on pretty much every charger I looked at so I need to know the specifics of what the battery in the HSB 750 is so that I can go and buy a specialty charger from digikey or some other online place.this extra time and effort placed on the consumer makes my vision much less favorable for LG in the future. Not to mention the fact that I had trouble using the headset with my phone. Granted it's not necessarily the headsets fault because pretty much any bluetooth that I use with my phone doesn't work well. I constantly have to disconnect and reconnect, forget this bluetooth, pair it again and again and again and again and again. I offered them money! I offered to BUY a charger I'm not asking for a free charger. they don't even have a charger to sell me. I heard the rumors about Verizon selling the headset with a charger. I went to their store and same thing no charger. I heard that either from Verizon or somewhere online that you have to purchase this headset from Verizon online and have them ship it to you for it to come with a charger.seeing as how I got a discount on this headset I wasn't going to return it and pay full price and not have the Geek Squad protection on it. It's absolutely freaking ridiculous that LGW even make a charger for replacement in case one breaks. Basically, their stance is if your charger breaks, oh well, go plug it into your computer. those of us who don't have a computer to plug into this could be a major problem.I only recommend this product to those you are willing to put up with the BS. It's a great headset. don't get me wrong. it works perfectly with my iPad, great sound quality. the whole nine. I don't recommend using this product with any Mac that has Snow Leopard OS 10. 6 because I have not gotten it to work with my Mac on stereo. The only way that the sound doesn't *** out on you is using the mono setting which the sound quality on that is awful.basically what I have to do is steal my samsung charger to use to charge this one and the only one where it works reliably is on my iPad. I bought this so that I could have hands free in my car. That's the main reason I purchased this unit. And also to have better range with my phone because I will place my phone near the window or the door. Then use the range of the Bluetooth to extend the range I can use my phone. it works ok like this but again I still have problems with my phone audio cutting out. it's so frustrating that I end up having to use the handset instead. refresh rates whenever I call and it's unclear whether they can hear me at anytime. I constantly have to ask,"Can you hear me?" to ensure that my audio is not dropped out and that the microphone is still transmitting my voice. I don't know how much of this is the bluetooths fault or the phone but its just annoying combination. I went to RadioShack close to the day that I bought my first HBS750 . I was testing it out with another gentleman 's phone, one of the sales reps from Radio Shack, and it worked perfectly on his phone so I went and returned the headset just to make sure it wasn't the headset and it still give me problems. I want to get a new phone but that's not in the budget at the moment so I guess I just have to struggle was the one that I have until I can afford to get a new phone and hopefully the purchase of a new phone will solve the issue with the Bluetooth. My friend recommended these headsets to me & basically insisted that I purchase it, if I was going to buy a bluetooth. He dragged on me because I didn't buy the one that he recommended. The experience has been less than stellar. I hate to be a negative nancy but buyer beware.
