in November 2016, I bought a 65' Oled LG television.Within 2 months, January 2017, I had issued with the brightness and picture and called LG customer service.
I was told that the issues I described would more than likely not be covered. On 12/2/17( 3 weeks after warranty expired), the $5000 tv went bright then dark and currently 1/2 is super bright and flickering making it unusable. Called LG and after much frustration, was transferred to manager for a 1 time courtesy repair. Uploaded my receipt and was promised a return call.
After 3 days, I had to call LG again and a different manager told me they would not offer the 1 time courtesy repair as promised as i bought my TV from Best Buy at a discount - like that matters!! I own several LG products and have filed a BB complaint.
If LG refuses to cover their defected product, I will NEVER buy again and report and repost everywhere I possibly can.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
