LG MOBILE KE770 NOT WORKING IN 3 MONTHS OF PURCHASE

I PURCHASED LG MOBILE KE770 ON APRIL 5TH, 2008 IN INDIA. THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING AFTER ONLY THREE MONTHS OF PURCHASE. AS I AM PLACED AUSTRIA, WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET THE MOBILE WORKING. I HAVE THE GUARANTEE CARD WITH ME. THE PROBLEM WITH PHONE IS: 1. THE KEYPAD IS NOT WORKING ALL OF A SUDDEN, SO I COULD NOT LOGIN TO THE MOBILE. 2. THE BATTERY IS TOO LOW. WILL I GET THE SERVICE IN AUSTRIA? IF YES, HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE TO GET THE PROBLEM RECTIFIED? WILL THE COMPANY REPLACE THE PRODUCT WITH NEW ONE? PLS ADVISE IMMEDIATELY.

LG Washer and LG Plasma are junk.

The LG front loading washer died after four years of regular service. It was filled with black mould and couldn't be fixed. Paid 1,600 bucks for it. Piece of junk that couldn't be repaired. Same for my LG plasma TV. Bought at the same time the picture is shot. Yellow streaks through the picture. Paid 4,500 bucks. LG doesn't give a rats *** about customer service. Basically they tell you to shove it. I will never have ANY LG or Korean products in my house after my experience. I didn't realize that they used to be called Goldstar which I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole. I feel like I chump for being sucked in by their rebranding. Avoid their junk like the plague.

I fix appliances for a living. LGs are garbage, just buy an older Maytag or Whirlpool. Will last you 20 years or more

the issue with your washer simply u had it for 4 years i wonder why don't u explain the maintance i bet u never cleaned the filter which acumulates water over time it is in owner's manual email me if u have any questions i work for lg might be able to help

LG dvd player is junk. LG a rotten company

I payed $325 for an LG RC199H dvd/vhs player and recorder at Best Buy. The dvd player worked properly for 2 months. I called LG over 20 times trying to get them to back up their product. They are a Korean company that sells absolute junk. I purchased my son an LG dvd player in Los Angeles at the same time I got mine. His worked about 4 months and it also will not play dvds now. I will never purchase another LG product. I do not know why they are allowed to sell their junk in the US.

Purchased blu ray lg from frys it stopped working witin a month .customer service rude told their product only worked with their cables not hdmi in other words lg blu ray does not work as blu ray. nastiest company I have ever dealt with. save yourself a nightmare and do not buy

We also purchased a LG dvd/vcr from Frys electronics.What A piece of ***.Sent it in 3 times to be repaired.It still dosen,t work. Now the warranty is almost up and LG wants to forget about the piece of *** we are stuck with.We are out our $300 dollars.We will never ever purchase another LG anything.

LG DVD player junk after 5 months.

In October of 2007 I purchased a 1080p up convert DVD by LG. I have viewed 5 to 6 DVD's and the picture went out in March 2008. I contacted LG customer service and they were of no assistance. The player has a 90 day labor and 12 month parts warranty. I purchased the player on sale for $69.99 from Best Buy. The customer service said they would repair it however I would be charged labor in the amount of $69.95, how convenient . LG DVD players are junk I wouldn't buy another LG product again. Frustrated!

found similar thing with our DVD player from LG.

will not play the cheap DVDs but does play some of the high quality (dual layer) discs just fine; ours has the 5.1 surround speaker system.

had our serviced twice by LG for sound issues, but continued to have disc reading problems.

Would not buy from LG again.

THEY BROKE MY WASHER

t called for my $1500 washer it was leaking thay took a hamer to it and made it unable to close.if you dont beleve it call me at 718 288 **** and i will tell you more about them.p c richards is the worst co.i have ever delt with,soon to be out of bussness,im sure.to make matters worse the stupid repair man tekks me the L G washrt is unrepairable.he looked like he just smoked pot.i was a nervice wreck wail he was in my home.i thought he was getting a little too close.

LG: Life is not good

Stay away from LG! Unfortunately, I am one of the suckers who bought one of the first Maytag Neptune front loaders. After hundereds of dollars spent on repairs and a machine that didn't work, I was insulted with a $300 voucher to purchase other Maytag *** following a long class action suit. Now I have a two year old LG Tromm washing machine that does not work. I have spent hundred of dollars to fix multiple problems. The door assembly has been replaced, the door gasket has been replaced, a control module has been replaced and it still leaks out the door, it doesn't complete a cycle, it makes loud grinding noises and it repeatedly shuts off in a middle of a load. The salesman at Best Buy had assured me this was a great machine made by a great company. That's a laugh. The machine is junk and their customer service should be called the anti-customer service. They thanked me for calling and told me they would make sure their factories in China would be told about my concern so they could improve the product. This time I am not waiting for a class action suit, I am going to my local circuit court to file suit under my state's lemon laws.

We bought LG front load washer from Best buy in Bolingbrook for almost $800. Within one weekend, we noticed it was leaking underneath somewhere.

So we stopped using and called Best buy. After making 5-6 lengthy phone calls, we were told it is the installer's fault who is contracted with them. We have to call the installer. Week went by.

They came and inspected saying it is not their fault. It is LG washer which is faulty. In the meantime my basement ceiling and wall are soaked up up with leaking water. Now I have to deal with damagee tiles, wall and ceiling too.

Called best buy they said deal with LG only. After making 20-25 calls and sending 5-6 e-mails,lt took us almost nine months to get the matter resolved.

Got replacement of another washer but that washer stinks from inside. What an aweful experience with LG customer service Never gain buying LG product :(

Our L G top of the line refrig/bottom freezer did not work from day 1 out of the box. The service person arrived after 2 weeks and said it was unrepairable.9 phone calls and 4 months without a refrig.

L G Customer Service (not even)finally agreed to replace it. The good news is that after another 2 weeks I was told it was on back order.

I was able to cancel that order and now have a Whirlpool. L G = Let it GO !!

LaMark Inc provides poor quality

I recieved poor quality workmanship provided by LaMark Inc, located in Rockwall, TX, for remodeling my bathrooms. Advertised as quality work at budget prices, they stayed in budget but the work was NOT quality. No way they would have handled their own home the same way (as advertised). I had them redo several things and still poor quality. Contractor used NuSurface of Arlington TX for tub resurfacing - less than a year my tubs are peeling & they will not honor their warranty. The Contractor is not doing anything to assist. I spent a lot of money for professional work; recieved novice quality.

Great Cars and Trucks Really Pissed Consumer

I never recieved a call for my truck as well and never got replies to my emails.I also did not get return phone calls to my calls and now they have disconnected thier phone lines.I think I just got it in the *** and these bastards owe me!!!!!! You can get the offer from UMG if you place orders with Brylane Hone/Kitchen, La Radoute, Chadwicks, Metro Style, Woman Within, King Size or Romans. Just tell the associate You don't want to hear it and that he should never offer this to you again and they will stop. The associates are required to give you the offer as terms of their employment. They all also told to use an asumptive close so you think you are getting it. Just be perstant and keep saying no. The companies above offer this third party and I am not sure if they know it is a scam.

JCWhitney - too bad

I recently purchased bumper at JCWhitney. And it was my second experienced to buy from them but still--it was bad. They delivered my order one week late just like my first experienced. And they haven't explain why is it late. It was such a horrible experience again. The overall service of JCWhitney is worst! I will not recommend it to my friends. I don't know if all the online auto parts retailers have the same service like them. But I think and I hope that it's not. I hope that my review will save other online buyers from a bad service.

Bad Buisness

I also recieved a phone from usa financial telling me they would give me a credit card but they needed to deduct $200 from my account and then they would send me 4 $50.00 vouchers that I could only use on payments to them as a company and then I get this acceptance letter and it is saying this is not a credit card and call them and spoke to customer service rep and she was saying basically I was out 200 dollars when I said I did not agree with the terms. How do or is the anyway that I recieve my 200 dollars back to my acct. This is bad buisness.

Complainers that do not tell the whole truth

Steven in Pa., did not tell the whole truth about the Nexagen patch. To try the product at a much cheaper price you agree up front to auto ship for 3 months. You are allowed to cancel at that time with no fees. Nexagen does not believe that you can experience the correct results without trying for at least 90 days. This allows you to not only buy at a discount but give the product enough time to work. It is not a one month success for everyone, but it does work, given the proper amount of time for each person's system.

I am very dissappointment by your service, I tried to contact you many times but I failed since 3months I applied for 2 access cards & arrange a medical appointment but I could not. morefore I could not reach to Khadeja at any time, I send my PRO & many emails to arrange the medical appointment but nobody answerd me in the customer client services. I am dissatisfied with your service because my problem unsolved tillnow, I have already attempted to resolve this problem by describe attempts and actions taken. I have enclosed copies of my cheque. [Include copies of receipts] I expected a much higher level of service from your company, I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
