Do NOT purchase anything from LG. They sell defective products and will not resolve any of their issues. They have been trained to get over on all of their customers and provide the WORST customer service. They will not take ownership on any of their issues. Purchased a 52in LCD and they have a know mother board issue. TV turns on and off by itself. When I contacted LG was told they only covered parts but not service. Their executive sales team is the worst. Tell all your family and friends to never purchase anything from LG. All their products are defective!!

I have a 1 1/2 yr old lg dishwasher that needs a new pump motor, main circuit board and timer. The tech that came to diagnose the problems said that he feels sorry for anyone who buys an lg or samsung appliance. Take it for what it's worth, if you do buy them make sure you get the extended warranty. The cost of the parts was covered by the original warranty but the labor was another 168.00. At the time of the repair I did buy the 2 yr warranty at a cost of 225.00. I think that I will get my moneys worth.

Life's Good! Having bought relatively inexpensive appliance all our lives we decided to splurge and so we bought an expensive LG fridge and a dishwasher 3 years ago. Recently and almost simultaneously both sprung internal water leaks. The water from the dishwasher ran under our living room carpet and ruined it and the water from the fridge ran down into the basement ceiling. Now we have to pay a company "technician" to come and fix the leaks. In addition, we need to have our carpet cleaned and put a new ceiling in our basement. So much for buying quality appliances.

Called anderson store about lg refrigerator going out for the 3rd time in three years. We bought the extended warranty and the first time we used it they took three weeks to get it fixed. The second time the same thing. This time the extended warranty company has yet to take action or return a phone call after five days. I called the store and told them about the problem that I was having and of course they say theres nothing they can do. If HHGregg sells the extended warranty they should make sure the customer understands who provides the service. I bought 12000.00 worth of appliances from them at one time. Never again will I buy a product from them. I hope this helps people learn from my mistake.

We purchase a LG TROMM WM2487h washing machine from Sears on Consumer Reports recommendation. It has turned out to be a piece junk. It always smells like rotten garbage and now the main bearings have failed on it. This repair is not easy and it will cost $600. Looking online, I see that they all of their front load washers they manufacture have the same problem. There is talk of a class action suit against LG for these issues. LG says it is not their problem. If you want to have a Good Life, do not buy anything from LG. They do not stand behind their products.

I have had a fridge that was diagnosed faulty by an LG technician, then it was said that i should get a new fridge since the LG knows of the problem. Now it's been almost a year since i was sent from pillar to post, at one stage LG told me it's not their problem to assist me but they will do me a favour, till now nothing is happening my emails are ignored. my Ref: DRE110216270346 I hope that you will be able to assist me in this regard as i am now pissed off for real, i mean i'm suffering because of a product that i'd loved so much, now it has turned into a nightmare and my warranty is going Thanks

I complained to LG customer care services for four times as our washing machine got some problem. My complained no. is RNA 110509079541 I lodged this on 9th of May. Customer care people said somebody will contact you withing 24hrs. But till date no one has come and no one approach regarding this matter. I think I am not going to buy in future any LG product because you people don't have the after sale service so it is better to go for another company's product. But one request if you can do, you can improve your service rather then the sale....

I bought an LG appliance and within 6-7 months the freezer *** out. I then submitted the claim on the LSC27921ST on their online website which claimed I would get a call in 2-3 days. 5 days later I called and there was no record of my claim. I then waited another 8 days and the repair tech has yet to show their face and I took the day off. Called the customer disservice dept and they were clueless as they could not offer any other solution. I asked that they send someone else who could make it and they said well I don't think that was possible...as my food is spoiling in the stainless steel box of ***. Never buy LG.

I purchased an LG Vacuum a few months ago. The belt snapped a month after. Searched everywhere to purchase one. No where to be found. Called costumer service and two weeks later ..... no belt. Suprise, suprise, nothing can do about it they said. Highly NOT recmomended to purchase an LG vacuum unless you want to pay too much and be stuck with a POS. unhappy!!!!!!! LG is a company who does NOT back up their products and do NOT care about the customers who purchase their products!!!! If you call to complain, all they do is say "sorry.. nothing we can do about it". REALLY!!!!! their is something you can do about it..... BUY YOUR PIECE OF *** BACK OFF ME SO THAT I CAN BUT A DYSON!!!!
