We bought a 49 inch tv just short of 2 years ago. We’re so excited it was our first large wall mount tv.
It just stopped working a few days ago. We called customer service and requested to speak to a manager and was told I would get a call within 24 hours. No such call ever came. I had to call 4 days in.
A row to get a manager on the the phone. She was very rude and unhelpful. We have spent a lot of money on lg appliances and they don’t value good customers. It will cost more to fix the tv than to just go by a new one.
Very upset because we are out a lot of money after only 2 years. Lg does not stand by their products. We will never buy lg again.
I will sell any lg products I have remaining and will tell anyone I know never to buy lg. What a terrible way to treat repeat customers.
