I purchased an LG dryer at Home Depot on Nov. 23, 2011 and took pout the LG extended warranty.

On Oct. 25, 2013 the dryer stopped working. Five days later an LG service tech arrived and couldn't locate the problem though the dryer was working while he was here. Several days later the dryer stopped working permanently.

Three days after compaining to Home Dept an appointment was made with another techician. He never showed up and didn't call. Called Home Depot who setup an appointment for Nov. 9.

The tech never sh owed up and didn't call. On Nov. 11

I visited with the store manager at Home Depot in Williamsburg, Va. and requested a new dryer.

LG refused the request. I will never buy another LG product again.
