I purchased a LG television about 3 years ago and it was our bedroom television. After calling LG they were absolutely no help.

After I was promised that they would repair it, they didnt. I had to call back several times and still no answers! The customer service was poor, and I could barely understand the representative. The rep told me that she wasn't even a US CITIZEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To make matters worse after getting a supervisor on the phone, she told me that she would call me back and another supervisor was extremely arrogant and Rude. I will be contacting the media and the BBB to file a formal report.

This is the WORST company that I have ever had to deal with and will NEVER purchase another LG product in life after this experience and will encourage others to be smart and not to as well. I am not going to let this slide, and will make sure that ALL consumers know what terrible of a company that they are!!!!!
