Worst customer experience I've ever had. Incompetent customer service representatives.
I couldn't understand more then half of what they were saying to me. They couldn't understand more then half of what I was saying. The original representative I was dealing with gave me the wrong part number, even though I repeated the dishwasher model number more that 5 times. I have been waiting for the parts department to call me back, from last week, even though I've left three messages, only after waiting three times on the phone (more than 20 minutes-each call, then getting disconnected).
This is the first time that I have needed to deal with LG customer service and unfortunately all of my appliances are LG. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT BE REPLACING MY APPLIANCES WITH LG.
