LG has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I was without a refrigerator for 5 weeks and 2 days due to the compressor dying after only 20 months of use. I would call often to get status and everyone had the same speech to me, I mean literally the same....

brought a LG WT4790TC washer, 7 months into ownership unit stops working properly. Called LG ,Tec was sent out, diagnosed bad pc processor and water sensor. Parts where order on a Friday did not get delivered until Tuesday morning. I asked why don't you carry spare parts on truck, Tec. said ,your unit is to new. Tuesday Tec arrives around 4pm and installs the parts, new diagnoses was done and guess what, now it is something else and they don't have the part on hand again. Now I have a 6th month old washer that broken under warranty and now I have to wait another two to three days for a part to come in and be installed. I do not recommend this Washer or its brand to any one. Poor quality control of parts and workmenship.

I purchased a 65" TV it worked less than 2 weeks and called LG to repair the problem which I had no idea the screen was cracked. I was told by repairman this is common during shipping or it was already cracked during manufacturing. It was very small.. I still can't see it but now I have a tv that I paid $1300.00 for and no one wants to fix it that I did not do the damage to it like they are stating. I even offered to pay for 1/2 the cost. I will never buy LG again and hope that you will consider the same because the customer service is horrible..They even said the last time I called that it was repaired..really I think not..they do not know what they are doing. I even called the corporate office and I kept getting the run around with no call backs and excuses that "oh he is in a metting or now he is on vacation",one excuse after the other. I am so disappointed with LG on how they treat their customers..Never again LG life not so good in this hosehold!!

Purchased in late 2011 as part of a range, fridge, microwave, dishwasher package deal from appliance warehouse, this is the third time I've had to call for service and pay $60 charge each time on my homeowner's warranty policy. The usual problem is burners that don't turn on and in the past, only a few would go out at a time, leaving me a workable burner or two. This time all are out and now the broiler is also down--only the oven is working now. One service tech said the cables inside the panel were loose. How that happened, I don’t know because the range doesn’t get jostled or moved around a lot. Another complaint within the first six months of purchase is an inside drip between the oven door double paned glass but I’ve lived with ugly mess because the service tech couldn't fix it without taking the entire range to the shop for a week. But wait--there's more LG product problems! The side-by-side door fridge problems have also cost me three service calls ($60 each). The icemaker frequently goes on strike for several months at a time and then on its own starts working again. Of course, this renders the ice dispenser constipated and totally useless. The cold water dispenser has the opposite problem and is often incontinent—it keeps spewing water for several seconds after the drinking glass is removed. I believe LG must stand for Least Good and the model number LRE30453ST must stand for Least Reliable Electric#)$%#Stove’sTerrible. I will never again purchase another LG appliance and recommend that other buyers also shop for another brand.

My LG TV lasted just over 3 years at a cost of about 2500.00, my LG DVD player lasted just over a year, And my Dishwasher is just over a year and I keep getting the E1 error code like everyone else posting on the LG site. You should know the TV and VCR were in the master bedroom, not used daily, the dishwasher racks rusted before the year was up so they sent me new. Tip, try calling the service call center, they hardly speak English, it seems they only know scripted answers in English, go off track ad they can't communicate! By the way, the household is only 2 adults over 50. Hate to see their the product life if i had a family! This is the first TV, DVD and Dishwasher that I ever had break, still using TV that I purchased in 1980, glad it was a Blackstripe.

I rented a washer dryer all in one LG and when i got it it needed repair. Had two repair people come out to repair it. First repair guy didnt know what it was and said get rid of it. Second repair was LG themselves and they repaired it. Manager told me when i rented it that it will take longer than other dryers cause of it being so small and a 110 line. I had it for a month before i could use it. they offered me another month to use it. After it was repaired it still took hours to dry. So i said this could not benefit me. I asked them to pick it up. They wanted to renew the lease and i said no thank you pick it up. For the hoidays they offer free rental till january. I called to order a stereo system and they said no problem. I called to find out when was the delivery. they said they would call back six hours go by no call back. I called back again they said they will call back. No call back. Call them again they said we cant rent to you because the manager said the last rental went bad. I was furious, because it was do to them sending me a broken item. I asked to know why because i did nothing wrong. I asked for the manager, she called back and just lied. she said she told me in the store that the dryer would take one day for 1 load. i told her that is a lie. Why would i rent something that takes one day for a entire small load. My electric would be crazy. She said she had problems getting me to renew the lease. I told her I wanted to return it. She lied and said they had a hard time picking it up. That was a lie. They didnt want to pick it up. I hate to be lied on and this manager and customer service is really bad. I did speak with one sales person that was very nice and he even said that they had been getting lots of complaints about the LG all in one units. Tucson Az Golf Link Store

Streaming Netflix has been nothing short of frustrating and annoying. The internal workings must be of the cheapest, outdated equipment /processors/electronic switching ever available. The voice and picture regularly glitch out and I have to go back several scenes to reset. It also goes through time consuming updates at the most inconvenient times on startup, no choice or control by the user. Do you remember Goldstar products? That's LG now. They were terrible then, and they're terrible now. I won't trust them again. Not sure why this suite won't let me post a complaint without it being at least 100 words. Kinda possess me off.

I purchased an LG Vacuum a few months ago. The belt snapped a month after. Searched everywhere to purchase one. No where to be found. Called costumer service and two weeks later ..... no belt. Suprise, suprise, nothing can do about it they said. Highly NOT recmomended to purchase an LG vacuum unless you want to pay too much and be stuck with a POS. unhappy!!!!!!! LG is a company who does NOT back up their products and do NOT care about the customers who purchase their products!!!! If you call to complain, all they do is say "sorry.. nothing we can do about it". REALLY!!!!! their is something you can do about it..... BUY YOUR PIECE OF *** BACK OFF ME SO THAT I CAN BUT A DYSON!!!!

Same here, after searching and searching, Sears is the only place that sells a replacement belt for $17! And you have to have it shipped to you, none are local and in stores.

Being stuck with no vacuum for another week and a half with 4 kids is impossible.

Lg should have better thought this through. POS!

I feel your pain - searched and researched and everyone said how wonderful they were - within one month BELT BROKE!!! I am now on a search to find a new one - I agree POS - siad it was great with pet hair - but first time I used it the beater bar wound up and stopped.

and the hand held piece is useless. NEVER buying Korean again - there's a $250 lesson.

Lg Electronics review in Phoenix, Arizona: LG rebate. No rebate after 11 weeks

When i called the rebate center they said it would take 6 to 8 weeks after their approval date which is 8 weeks after they received it.So it appears that all in all I will have to wait 16 weeks before the rabate can be expected. After I long hold time I finally reached a customer service rep who either had heard the same song all day or simply did not care. Will also write to Home Depot since the paperwork they give out on behalf of LG is misleading. Delivery and installation were great and the washer and dryer work fine. Vaccuum is very heavy and not worth the $400.00
