I reported LG refrigerator broken under 5 years parts warranty in Oct. 11 2014.
My refrigerator still won't work after 16 days waiting parts arriving , technicians repaire and we paid labor fee. The technician told me parts sent by manufacture is bad. I'm waiting 2nd parts back order so far.
I call LG Services Center (1-800-243-0000 ) a lot, always told me need waiting 3-5 days or call me back but never got resolve so far. Today is Nov.10 without refrigerator almost one month in my home.
This LG refrigerator used only 4 and half year, LG products not reliable and services very terrible!
