And now I have to call them again. Who has time to sit while the repair guys uses my blower to defrost what is supposed to be a frost free freezer.

They won't give me a new one I bought a five year warranty but they don't respond. I'm not buying any appliance from an Asian owned company. They never want to give anything back or see the American consumers point of view. Just like Forever 21 and Sony.
