I purchased LG Refrigerator,LED TV & Washing machine a week back. They delivered it on Aug 30'th. They sent the service personnel for demo and installation on Sep 1'st for the Regrigerator and Washng machine. For TV they havent turned up yet.

The installation for the refrigerator was done on Aug 31'st and it is not working. There is no cooling at all. I have been calling their showroom from where we purchased, the customer care support and i have recieved 0 responses. Each time they register the complaint and there is no action. This is the first time i have purchased from LG and my experience sucks!

I will wait for today and if there is no response i will be raising a consumer complaint legally. i do not deserve to be stressed out for buying their product after shelling out big money.
