My 60" LG TV broke three months after purchase. Dealing with LG customer Service was a nightmare. LG at first refused to repair or replace the TV in a timely manner. I actually had to threaten them with complaints to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) before they were "miraculously" able to locate a part they'd previously claimed was "not in stock".

LG employees refused to return my calls and refused to provide me with the name and business address of their USA CEO so I could write to him directly.

DO NOT BUY LG!!! I will never buy LG again.
