We purchased an LG stick vacuum in March. The first time I tried to vacuum a carpet, the carpet nozzle broke.

We contacted the company who agreed to send a replacement part. I even uploaded a photo of the broken part as requested. A few weeks later, we got the wrong part that wasn't even part of our vacuum cleaner. We called customer service again, and again were sent the wrong part.

We called customer service again and they said they would make it right. Nothing. We called again and the customer service rep. said the previous call had been submitted to the wrong department.

She said she would make it right. Nothing. We called again and were told the part is backordered. Been waiting for close to three months now.

Meanwhile, they have our money and we can't use the product.

They won't send a replacement vacuum or refund our money yet, insisting that we wait until the backordered part becomes available. I won't hold my breath.
