Brought a combination oven microwave, thought we would have a change after having 2 panasonic ones for 25 years and not having a problem, we seen an LG that looked to fit the bill - good reviews and decided to purchase one.

6 months down the line after not over using it, maybe once or twice a week, its coming back with E-02 (or 01) called LG who said the company FedEx will be in contact within 24 hours...................5 days later and we are still waiting. I will take ownership of the call and call you back said Charlie ...........did she call us back?


yet more phone calls and another promise of a call back and NOTHING !!

Well it seems communication and looking after customers is a thing of the past for LG......We received thought the post a letter from them another 2 weeks on, telling us to contact the reseller as its 'beyond economic repair' !! and THEY decide (not us the customer!!!) if to replace it with something else or give us our money back!!

The story goes..........NEVER EVER BUY LG!!
