I lodged a complaint about Split AC in our office on 02/04/2012. I was given a complaint no.

also. I was told that company representative will visit the office within 24 hours. I received call from some representative for confirmimg the location but no body turned up till today. i.e.

10th April 2012. This is the status of so called customer freindly LG.

Further the complaint number given to me does not pertain to our complaint.

If company can not support their customers, they have no right to exist in the market. Why to buy LG products if prompt service is not assured.
