Lg Electronics review in Wichita, Kansas: Terrible Customer Service

We were told we had until a certain hour to cancel a service call or be charged a $125 fee they insist on getting up front. After one hour of trying and getting nothing but a busy signal, we get thru. It says we r closed good bye. Next day we called to cancel and told the story. Nope won't refund. I call customer service and tell the story and first gal says sorry can't help you cancelled same day. Not listening people. Get a supervisor who pretty much says the same thing. No we tried YOU had poor availability during the hour we tried. Sorry we won't refund.

Purchase LG Refrigerator Model LFXS26596S on 11/20/2018 and it was connecting successfully until it failed to connect 9/18/2019. My washer & dryer are also LG appliances with WiFi that continue to work fine. I also have GE Monogram appliances that continue to work fine that are even further away from my WiFi router. I contacted support an have been given nothing but the run around by their support team calling on 10/1 with a promise that I'd be contacted in 24-48 hours so I waited and called them 48 hours later on 10/3 and what do you know they wanted me to wait another 24-48 hours while the tech folks (somewhere else investigate the problem)! This is a long series of delaying tactics...

Man did it ever screw up I bought a entire kitchen full of Lg products the cook top has been trouble from day one they will not send anyone to look at it without a serial number and they have positioned it on the edge were the granite is and since I'm not a certified tech if I get it I or you will void the warranty I have 2 things wrong and 5 months of warranty left but if it is not deemed to be a factory issue I will have to pay for the service charge never in my life have I ever heard of such a thing, I beg you don't ever buy anything LG

There is rust on the front panel under the soap dispenser of my LG WM3170CW front loader washing machine. I am conscientious about removing the soap dispenser to make sure it dries when not using the machine. And still the rust returns. Is there a warranty for this?

I have the same problem on the 55LA9700 model. More grey boxes show up all the time, I have five now. Also audio level control is horrific, volume goes up and down by huge amounts with every new program or commercial. The automatic audio level control is a joke, all it does is muffle the audio. The Magic Remote is also a piece of junk, the wheel selector wore out in less than six months. This TV has seen very little use, no kids, just two senior citizens who watch a couple of hours of TV in the evening. I urinated away $3000. on this piece of junk. I will never ever buy another piece of LG Junk. "I tell everyone I talk to!"

we had a tube that went out on our 4 month old OLED tv. called they had to go through service center, so they sent out Bens TV repair the tech came out cracked our screen, would not talk to me about the issue, said he need to step outside to talk to the office. Came back in and packed up his stuff and left. I called the next day and the rude Lady at Bens tv repair told me to Garbage the TV. I did not do the damage I have video of the tube going and no cracks in the screen. Now I cant get it repaired and I have the best buy credit card to pay. I am so pissed and frustrated no one at LG will deal with me.

Lg Electronics review: I bought a refrigerator May, 2019. Repairs to the icemaker have been attempted 5 times. Do not buy this product

The icemaker worked for one month. LG has outsourced the repairs to Sears - A&E. A&E have been to our house 4 times, replacing the valve, hose, and icemaker, or declaring that it was not fixable. Nonetheless, LG is sending a fifth technician to repair the icemaker. I feel as though I'm in some sort of alternate universe, endless loop and unable to get my refrigerator declared "unrepairable".

Our supposedly reliable and innovative LG smart inverter neochef microwave, rated 4.5 stars, decided to develop a temperature sensor problem shortly after the 1 year warranty expired. Customer service said that obviously, since it is just past 1 year, we either buy a new microwave or pay more than the $160 it cost to purchase it to get it serviced.

I bought 2 LG V10s, within 3 years both died with a boot loop problem. $750 each. Stupid Verizon says I would need to wait 4 weeks for an 'open enrollment' period to get coverage to get a replacement. Or I can get a $300 discount on a new near $1000 phone! What a great deal!
