Regrigerator not cooling

After 7 days that I reported the problem, a technician came today just to confirm the compressor problem which was previously diagnosed by a non LG tech that we paid. LG tech said that he will order the part now. I thought he came in for repair already. So it will be days of waiting again before repair could be done.

IT APPEARS THAT ALL PHONE MAKERS HAVE THIS RESOLUTION TO A PROBLEM WITH A REFURBISHED PHONE. I FIND THIS UNCONSCIONABLE SINCE MY PHONE WAS ONLY ABOUT 8 MONTHS OLD AND UNDER WARRANTY WHEN THE PROBLEM FIRST BEGAN.

INSTRUCTIONS TO REPAIR BY LG WERE USELESS AS PROBLEM PERSISTS. VERIZON TRIED TO FIX ALSO TO NO AVAIL.

I HAVE CHOSEN NOT TO GET A REFURBISHED PHONE AND WILL SUFFER WITH THE ONE I HAVE TILL END DATE. AT THAT TIME I WILL NOT BUY FROM VERIZON OR LG AGAIN.

AT 11PM MY LG 5G PHONE SCREEN LOSES COLOR AND GOES TO BLACK/WHITE. IN THE MORNING IT IS BACK TO COLOR. AS A NIGHT OWL, THIS IS VERY DISCONCERTING. ALTHOUGH UNDER WARRANTY, I WOULD ONLY RECEIVE A "LIKE NEW" (REFURBISHED ) PHONE WHICH I FIND UNCONSCIONABLE. I WOULD ENTER BINDING ARB, BUT WEBSITE IS UNAVAILABLE

Unhappy with my LG repair man and he’s the only one in my Area

Our LG repair man is ordering parts but not putting them in our appliances he takes the parts with him then we received a copy of the bill stating that he repaired our appliances and replaced all the parts except he didnt he ordered the parts before even seeing the appliance and then he comes and says it doesnt need them this is insurance fraud and the same repair man comes and does it every time we have a problem with one of our LG appliances it seems hes the only LG repair guy for our area

I lost my shipping label due to I accidently deleted my email for my repair service now all of a sudden everything is different and still dont have it so now I still have two stylo6 phones one bought in Dec 13 2020 and the other jan 13 2021 both screwns have lines through them but the touch part still works the lady that set up my first repair ticket said it would be about 80 to 100$ and that if I didnt want them to repair it and send it back it would be $19.95 all I want is another shipping label or to know wether I need to pay to ship it myself please thanks.

Thinking I got a great fridge--and didn't! Frozen radishes/carrots/lettuce etc., adjusted--didn't matter. Hard too clean, even with the best sprays--no name it! I HATE THIS FRIDGE---and it was not cheap.I got it at BEST BUY, THE WORST PLACE AND LACK MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO! As a consumer this is what ya get?

We purchased a brand new LG Washer and Dryer just 4 years ago. In fact my entire immediate family of 6 are loyal LG consumers with LG televisions, mobile phones, and kitchen appliances. But our LG clothes washer started rusting around the bleach port/dispenser within the first 3 months. Both BestBuy and LG deferred responsibility to each other, and in the meantime I was seriously injured and spent several months recovering in the hospital. Now the entire left front corner of our LG clothes washer is disintegrating, leaving rust stains on every piece of clothing we try to wash !!! LG, should be replacing the defective tops at no cost to consumers !!!

LG Double oven gas range - I need a surface burner igniter. Approximate cost $27.05 LG , Sears And Reliable Parts Have sent me parts totaling $380. They keep sending me part Ead6070**** saying this is the replacement for my part. It is 5-1/2" too short. Every time I explain this to the above they all say this is what LG says fits. I now am going to have to buy a new stove because I can not get the right part.

- I was under parts warranty for an LG washer. - They deemed that the part I needed was discontinued. - Offered me a 200 something dollar settlement and this was the only option they gave me. - To replace the unit for a comparable one, I have to spend around 1500 dollars. - I have to eat that cost because apparently it's my problem that they have a discontinued part.

This is the second LG refrigerator that we have purchased and most likely the last. I got the refrigerator from Costco when ours died. I picked it up and inspected the box for damage before loading it on to the lift gate of my truck. Getting it home and on to our deck without any issues we removed the cardboard. I was impressed with the packaging and padding on the unit. To bring the refrigerator into the house the doors needed to be removed. Once in we re- installed the doors and removed the protective film. That is when we saw the small dent near the top of the water panel that was inset into the left door. The dent was away from a corner that was padded with foam. I called Costco they said we could return it or call LG. I chose to call LG as the damage was not great and did not affect the operation .Most of all, we needed the unit that day and would not be able to get it back to the store before they were closed. I called National Platinum Service the company LG chose to handle customer issues and warranty repairs. They sent someone to look and the unit and said we needed a replacement door. He stated that he would contact us when the part came in. That was the last we heard from anyone. After waiting a more than reasonable amount of time (1 month) I tried to call to ask when we could expect the part to come in. I tried both numbers I had for Platinum Service Inc. several times with no return calls. I finally found a number for LG corporate. I was on the phone for quite a while before I was finally transferred to someone who would talk to me. He said that Platinum should have contacted me within 24-48 hours from the home visit. He stated that it was determined that the damage was an installation issue and would not be covered. This is not true, the unit was handled with kid gloves and in a professional manner. There was nothing that I did that could have caused the damage. The dent in my opinion was caused when the water panel was inserted during the manufacturing. I contacted Costco and told them I was bringing the unit back to the store since although this defect was not their fault I did not pay for a damaged unit. I stated that they should contact LG. I said that I could have lived with the slight dent if I had purchased a scratch and dented unit.

Green lines and no lg help

65 oled television Burn in. Green horizontal and vertical. Called av guy. Spoke to rep and basically said too bad. Followed up with Lg on instant messenger. Added some info and asked for more. It took Me a few days to get the info as the av guy lost power for three days due to the tropical storm. He had all the info I needed. Sent all the info two days ago but no response. I spent 3k on the tv and setup. Was a great tv but now its ridiculous. Green green lines, ugh. I happen to notice an ad with scores of people with the same issue. So its not something they are not aware of. I hope they step up and do whats right.

My OLED 55 inch TV set by LG, one of the best for having such deep black levels, I now have a permanent NETFLIX symbol on my screen , and LG ( even though after warranty ) I heard would fix this issue since well its straight awful to pay 2000$ for a tv and then be told 2 yrs later you cant be helped ! So I am complaining here in hopes that LG will send a technician with a free part so that I am not a pissed consumer

User's recommendation: Don’t buy an OLED, the black levels are so black that anything that contrasts it will burn in, and every channel has a permanent fixture in the corner any more . Be careful I should say I do love my TV .

Won't Replace Power Cord Under Extended Warranty

Bought LG washing machine 3.5 years ago. Went to pull plug out of wall to plug in my dryer and the ground fell off plug and stuck in the outlet. I was flabbergasted! I have NEVER seen that in my entire life. Called LG and tried to get it fixed with my extended warranty I bought 3 years ago. They said it's "cosmetic." How the *** is a power cord failing cosmetic? They are a bunch of idiots and they need to fix my power cord!

Blue enamel flaking after cleaning cycle

I purchased an LG electric range March 2017. I had always used the Easy Clean function which requires spraying the oven with water. I decided to use the Self Clean function last night and used the shortest time cycle of 3 hours. Options are 3, 4 or 5 hours. When I wiped out the white residue with a damp paper towel, there were enamel flakes. I called technical support this morning and first was told that I should have only used 1 hour. I explained that there wasnt that option. Then she said I should have removed spilled food first. I explained that there was no spilled food and there was minimal grease splatter. Obviously the oven is out of warranty. I was told that I would need to have a technician come for a service call in order to inspect the interior and then make any repairs at my expense. I waited for her to send me a text with the nearest repair contact. After 45 minutes, I still hadnt received the text, so I terminated the call. It appears that this has been an ongoing issue with LG. I had just given my sister in law a glowing recommendation of my stove. I guess I will need to retract my statement.
