Bought a washing machine, did not work properly from day one. LG sent two techs that reported to the company that it would be cheaper to replace than repair...the started A&E repair.
First person agreed it would be cheaper to replace than repair- sent report, sent 2nd person who said the shocks were not working and needed replacement - sent in report, sent 3rd person who agreed shocks were not functioning and needed replacement - sent in report, sent 4th person who came without needed shocks, had no idea what the other 3 said and couldn't remember he was person 1 from A&E...this has all occurred in 4 weeks time. Shocks are now on order, someone will eventually replace them. Funny thing is person 2 sent me a copy of the bill...it was $110.
Take 110 x 4 equals 440 dollars which probably exceeds the price of the machine. I plan to have A&E out as many times as possible just to keep LG in the red.
