I have a complaint with my TV
Paid the amount for customer service and got an appointment for today
No one even turned up and service center doesn't know what is happening
They confirmed through a mail and still waiting for some one to call me back
Please don't recommend LG
If you call service center get ready to spend minimum 1 hr holding the call
its not a branf to recommend and please don't use LG the service is so poor you will be in trouble
I am on a call from 10.00PM EST still waiting

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $4800.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
