Purchased an LG washer 2 weeks ago. Have tried unsuccessfully to register on line for my warranty.

Will not accept that I am in the U.S.

Keeps coming up with phone numbers for Iraq, Jordon, Syria and Lebanon. So will not accept the Model #. Finally found a number for questions and complaints and could NOT understand the rep. Did NOT speak English very well.

So I requested a supervisor and waited 17 minute to speak with him. His ears are still burning!!

I suggested that they hire reps that speak English WELL for those customers in U.S. Have no complaints about washer but will never buy another LG product because CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of lg electronics warranty from Lg Electronics. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Lg Electronics to "customer servicce reps in the u.s. who speak plain english. not some distorted version!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!".

The most disappointing in user's experience was lack of after-sales service and customer service. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
