I purchased lg frig.. about a year and half ago...
They cooling system went on it in August I lost over 250 of food.. After 6 weeks they finally came and fixed it, as I was told by a few repair people that these frigerators are all the same way... with the cooling systems.. Last week my freezer went had a company come out and it was the condenser unit...
I called LG and told them that I would like a replacement but they said we will send out somebody to fix it and I said no that I already last $250 in food in August and then about 300 this time around so i do not trust it... SO after arguing with them they said send us the recipet and will get it going so that you can get a new one.. But guess what they are not gonna send me a new one they are gonna replace the cooling system again and replace the condenser... They did not care if you had a refrigerator.
I AM A Very VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.. I will contact NYS attorney general office and print out all the customer complaints on there same issue and call the news Channel..... I want around and around with them today for over hour..
and even talked to a supervisor..... THEY SUCK WILL SPREAD THE WORD UNLESS THEY CAN HELP ME GET A NEW ONE......
