2 year old French door refrigerator went out (Compresser ) back ordered at least 3 weeks . LG , the extended warranty co , and there service rep do not return calls and can't decuss reinburcment of the fridge or the grocery I have lost until the compesser is fixed.
I can't go to the refrigerator mat to store my food. The first night it went out the warranty co said to call LG, they set up for a service company to come out 3 days latter. After 2 days I called them to set up a time they told they would not be able to come for 3 weeks. Called LG back 3 days went by and countless phone calls to get LG service to come out and 15 minutes later told me the compressor was out and on back order.
Called LG back no satisfaction there. Sent them an email still waiting for a response!
