I purchased a home with brand new appliances. Unfortunately for me, one of those appliances was an LG dishwasher.
Though the machine worked wonderfully, it stopped after using about 30 times. I've called LG on at least 10 occasions. I've been told a manager would call me back. The run around has been awful!!
I've yet to receive a call back in the last 2 months..
I have been told however that I am rude..LG is just about the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Customer service with LG is rude, often unable to speak English, And unwilling to help
