This has been ongoing since December 2012..........only after i posted on their facebook page did they respond to me. And it took posting every day to get their attention.

They finally agreed to give us 70% of our original purchase price on the stove that is 3 years old.

Since then I have heard nothing from them.....they are a terrible company and do not give any customer service. The oven inside the enamel has all started to peel off, stove is not safe to use and we paid almost 2K for it. Terrible disgusting company.

They determined that their appliances should only last 10 years and that is how they based the credit. When I told him 10 years was not acceptable, he tried to say LG would last longer and that he was not saying 10 years was what the expected life expectancy of the stove was.........I have it in an email plain and very straigtht forward, that is exactly what he said.
