LG Customer Service is horrible!! And I mean HORRIBLE.

Purchased the LG X charge phones new on 7-31-18 online thru the Boost Mobile website. They are overheating from the minute I plugged them in and the chargers are overheating. (142 - 174 degrees) Can't use them without burning your hand. Called Boost to return for a refund or new phones on Aug 8th - no help-no refund-told to call LG for a refund or new phones sent out.

LG wants me to send them in for REPAIR and wait 2 or more weeks and will not ever grant refunds! One of these phones was only taken out of the box and plugged in to see if it overheated. Bottom line after 3 days of trying to get help, I have to throw out my phones and chuck it up as a loss of my money.

Never buying from LG again! and as for Boost, switching phone companies because I was not helped and sold useless junk.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $136.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Old cell phone lg stylo 2.

I didn't like: Product of hazzardous quality sold to me or lg customer service.
