We purchased an LG washer and dryer from Conn's, along with a $350 maintenace contract. The inlet valve is leaking and we can't get it fixed.

TWO WEEKS after the initial call, their excuse is, "We're waiting for authorization to go buy the part. They can MAKE a water inlet valve in less than two weeks!

Every time I call "customer service" (six time so far), they tell me they will pass it on to management, and someone should call me back the next morning.

Two weeks have gone by and NO ONE has bothered calling. I can't bankrupt Conn's, but I will can definitely make known their extremely poor customer service practices.
