I purchased the extended warranty on my 42" flat panel TV. The sound and on/off will not respond to either the TV or Satelite remote.

I've had a technician out 3 times over two years and it's still not fixed. Had to resubmit the latest claim to try to get it fixed. Now ITI (LG contractor) assigned the claim to some local repair guy.

ITI says he has the part to fix it but he won't respond to my voice mails and apparently not to ITI either. It's been over a month since the last claim was submitted and I can't get LG, ITI or the repair guy to call me back!
