Lg Electronics in Doral, Florida - Very Damaging and Wet Situation with LG Washers Door pops open

We just had our LG Steamwasher Modell WM 2801 HLA the second time popping the door open during a wash cycle. Friday evening 10 22 2017 the first time was about a month ago and it flooded the 2 rooms pretty good so about 1 inch of Water everywhere. The first time we thought it is a coincident the Unit would not start while open and if running you could not open the door manual. But twice in a row is to much, and no one cant say when it happens next. We contacted LG on Saturday but until now no response Weekend so lets see on Monday. This has to be adressed from the company otherwise this will lead to a costly recall and a possible class action situation We need everyone to come forward if they had the same problem. Lg Electronics in Titusville, Florida - Awefull Product...worse customer service

LG Urbane 2 display went black after 2 weeks. No where near water except sweat while running. Sent in for repair and they claimed water damage by sweat or cold and refused to repair. The call to the service rendered nothing but foreign checklist monkeys who could only say, "there is nothing I can do", "the Technician said...". It appears to be the only company where a Technician overrides apparent managers in the decision process. I have never had this poor of service in any product support in my entire life. NEVER NEVER NEVER will buy an LG product again. I am however extremely glad I found this out before I almost purchased a $1600 dollar Heat Pump Dryer. I manage an account of more than 1000 mobile devices, and LG will feel my pain as a result of this.

Lg Electronics - Customer Care Review from Sunrise, Florida

This has been a terrible experience for me. Starting with the lack of knowledge and focus of the representatives. At the beginning I called three times, first one, long time ago to request to open a case to get my cell fixed. I spent a long time talking to the lady explaining her the situation with the phone gps. Because more than a month had passed since my first call l decided to call again to make sure my case was still up to date. Also to verify that the note says the problem my cell has "the GPS!!!". Besides that I told her that now my cellphone was getting overheated sometimes. She says everything would remained the same so I sent it as soon as I could find another device to use in the meantime. A couple of days after I sent it, l called to see if they already had received it. The agent told me that he couldn't track my cell. It was the beginning of the week and he said I needed to wait until Friday for them to SEND IT BACK TO ME TO START THE PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN CAUSE ANYWAY MY CASE WAS CLOSED CAUSE EVERY LABEL WAS GOOD JUST FOR A MONTH. I of course asked to talk to a manager who could not only track my cell and tell me that they were supposed to receive it the next day but also that the case WAS STILL OPEN cause it's good for up to six months not for just one month like the disoriented guy had told me a minute earlier. I thought it had been just a bad moment cause he assured me everything was going to be ok and that I will be receiving my phone in about ten labor days after received. Once again I asked him to double check what it says in the notes about the gps and also that it was overheating. I couldn't believe when he said that WAS NOT under the notes but he was going to write it down at that moment. I didn't realize to ask him WHAT was on the notes then but I thought I was going to be ok now that the manager was taking care of the situation and trying to help. For some odd reason my outlook email (where I receive the emails about this kind of stuff) was not notifying me of the incoming mails. So what a surprised when a few days later I when to check my emails and I see a couple of emails from them, saying the last one that they've repaired "THE CAMERA AND VIDEO LENSE" and had sent it back to me already!!! What the heck the camera and video lense has to do with the problem my phone has?! At what moment did I mention anything to do with that? I called (I knew there was nothing to do anyways) and the guy told me that the manager DID put the note but it was TOO LATE cause they already had it at the technic department by then and it had been sent back to me (which I already knew!) What a terrible mess they have over there!! Do you think the story is over? Oh, no! I made the big mistake of trusting them one more time. Made a new phone call, ask to open a new case, explain all the situation, send the phone back again and what a surprise, guess what they repaired this time? The Speaker/Receiver!!!! I would like to leave clear that (even when my English is completely understandable) almost all my phone calls where in Spanish, my primary language, so no language barriers were involved I that. I decided to call one last, not with the hope to get any kind of help any longer but at least to make a complain to a manager for at least they to fix something over there and other people don't have to go thru what I went thru. The manager told me he was going to escalate things and he will give me a call with an answer within the next 48 hours. That was over two week ago and "I'm still waiting for that phone call". Having no other choice than to go back and start using my cellphone even without gps, (because I can't afford to throw it away in the trash can) I called Metro PCS, which is my provider, to activate it and it was not reading the sim card so I had to go to one of their locations. The guy finally could make the phone to read the sim card after a few intents and he told me the phone had an update available and maybe after that the gps would work. I waited until the night, I made the update and the phone still has no gps whatsoever. As a conclusion I have to keep dealing with this *** phone until I have the money to buy a new one for the simple reason LG didn't put any effort on fixing it cause (obviously) I'm not going to call for a new case, print the label, lose my time (which is very limited due to my busy life full time job/school) take it to fedex location, all for nothing...Doesn't this history suck too much?! Do you think any customer deserve this kind of disrespect?!

We have used several LG products over the years and some have been great and are still in use. However some were junk and when you need customer service it's like renting an *** you are going to get screwed. Afew years back we purchased an LG referg over 2000.00 on sale with 5 year warranty. # times an motor went and we were told it was an defect and the problem was corrected with the 3 rd motor. It was untill an few months after the 5 year went so did the unit same problem.What about the lemon law the only lemon with this company is the sour taste in your mouth. Both 2 LG-G5 phones in May Verizon with an rebate from LG for 2 battery's and craddles. Called the LG rebate office sorry it ended last night. Last night bought an 200.00 microwave tryed to register my warranty website doesn't work called customer service she said i had to e-mail another dept. Ask for an supervisor they'll tell u the same thing on hold for 35 minutes hung up. Called Corp what an not so funny joke. Why do i continue to buy LG have you been shopping lately USA makes no products stores carry.We all need to come together and direct our anger at the stores that sell LG products and refuse to shop with them if they do not stop selling LG products or honor the warrantys and deal with LG them selfs. We are being lied to robbed and our money is even leaving our Nation while US citizens are jobless

Lg Electronics in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - LG stands for Low Grade

I am SOOOO disappointed with my LG experience. We have a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. We have had problems with ALL of them, but the worst with the fridge and oven. We even have trouble with our LG Tv and Blu-ray player! I thought we made a smart decision with choosing LG 7 years ago, because they were the latest technology and trend. My best friend had bought all LG the year before and was happy with it... But then the problems start (even with her). I have way too much to say if I speak of all the products, so I will focus on the fridge. The fridge stopped cooling with no warning whatsoever when it was 4 years old. We had to scramble to get a couple coolers with ice to save all our groceries. I called LG but they wanted to charge an outrageous amount just for the service call, about $80 and they said that doesn't include fixing it. So if their estimate would be too high and I would want to go with someone else, they still get $80. So I called a local company who specializes in LG. Their service fee was only $25. They came out and said it was either the compressor or a relay. If it is the compressor, it would be about $800, which is half the price of my $1600 fridge. Thankfully it was the relay, which was $125. But they can only guarantee the part for one year. Worst of all, they didn't have the part on hand and had to order it. We lived with no fridge, out of a cooler, for 3 weeks! Sure enough, 2 years later, same thing happens right when we return from vacation. Thank God it didn't happen while we were away! So once again, everything is melting and we have to scramble to save the food. This time they put a stronger relay, so it was $150, plus the $25 service fee, and they happened to have it, so the silver lining was we only lived out of a cooler for two days. But the tech said the compressor is extremely weak and I am lucky if i get another year or two max out of the fridge before it dies. At that point the fridge was only 6 and a half years old!! I simply don't have the energy to fight with LG because of all the bad reviews I see on the customer service. So I want to warn all the consumers out there to prevent this from happening to them. Choose another brand... On a side note, my stove/oven stopped working 6 weeks after the fridge went out the first time..great timing lol. The digital panel stopped working after the numbers started fading months before. Well, because it's digital, you can't turn anything on. I wish I still had the old school one with the knobs because the digital panel cost $250! That's half the price of the oven. And of course only one year guarantee on the part. Thankfully, it's been almost three years and so far so good. But if it happens again, I don't want to invest that much again into this piece of junk. How can LG be okay with doing business this way?! And of course this stuff happens once it's out of warranty. We live paycheck to paycheck, so when this stuff happens, it really hurts us. We thought investing in high end products would pay off in the end, but we worked hard to pay off over $5,000 over a few years and got screwed :-( I did not get extended warranties because I believe if the company makes good products I shouldn't need to. What happened to products lasting?? I sound like my mother lol but they really don't make things with pride, like they used to. Her 20 year old fridge is still going strong! If LG sees this, they should offer me some kind of credit out of good faith, but I have low expectations. Atleast I can warn the innocent consumers who work hard for their money.

Lg Electronics in Orlando, Florida - Purchased defective LG tv; replacement panel came scratched

I purchased a 55" UHD LG tv last year, and the TV would intermittently have static interference problems. It turns out the product had a known defect with it and they sent a service person to replace the panel to address the defect. However, it turns out the panel that was provided had a scratch on it and they will not honor the warranty. Basically, the LG tv I purchased was inherently flawed, and the replacement screen they gave me had a scratch on it, and they will not address the fact they provided me a replacement with a "cosmetic defect" Never buying an LG product again

Lg Electronics in Saint Cloud, Florida - Don't Buy LG Anything!

I called Tech Support because my LG smart tv was unable to log into Netflix despite the fact that it streams YouTube videos. Tech Support failed to resolve the issue. Some months later, we purchased an LG Blu-Ray player to permit us to stream Netflix on our other tv. Again, we were unable to log into Netflix but were able to stream YouTube videos. When I called, Tech Support failed to resolve the issue. It should be noted that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my Wi-Fi connection since both machines stream YouTube videos and since my Wi-Fi operates several other devices all throughout my home.
