LG has been putting band aids on my 2008, 2300.00 unit for almost 4 years. I am caught between the local service company who has not been paid for his warranty service calls and LG who say too bad, so sad. This unit has gone into over heat since it was plugged in.
I have made so many calls with each customer service person teling me they will look into it and call back, they never call back
This has been going on and on and I still have a unit that does not work properly. The service guy came out last week said it should be replaced. Since that time all of my calls are passed to someone who will do something and will act on my behalf and they never call back so I need to call back and start all over and be told it is out of warranty and it continues as it has for 3 plus years.
I am writing t corporate today. I have not side byside fridge freezer, not working.
