I paid nearly $200 to upgrade to the LG Stylo. A few months later, the phone screen flickers and sometimes stops responding. Many people are having the same issues. I went back to the phone store and asked to have it repaired or replaced, they said it has to be replaced by LG. I contacted LG over 2 weeks ago and no one has replied. I have upgraded all the firmware, removed all apps, reset the phone, and still have the same issues. The screen flickers like a strobelight. It dims, but doesn't completely go black. It makes reading the phone very difficult and messes with my eyes.

Lg Electronics in Atlanta, Georgia - LG free extra battery and cradle feels like a rip off
Needless to say that I’m a bit upset that I’ve tried to participate in the battery promo twice for my new LG G5 and all of the photos that LG can’t read were taken with the amazing camera on my LG phone. The day I brought home my new phone, I sent in my first application for the LG extra battery promo. It was rejected by LG because they couldn't read the receipt. My carrier printed a new copy of my receipt and I sent in a second application. This one was also rejected by LG. The best part is that each rejection was signed " All the best, LG Electronics. The phone has been great so far, but the lack of LG standing behind this promotion hasn't promoted my confidence in them standing behind their product if I do have a problem. This may be my last LG product.

LG G Vista cell phone. GPS favorite line is " GPS signal lost". Has nothing to do with carrier. Phone was replaced by ATT due to issue replacement phone doing the same thing. ATT did call with LG, they want to repair phone by having me send it to them. No loaner phone no estimate of repair time. Can't be without phone, in sales and I travel. So sucking it up and buying IPhone. HATE LG and will shout it from the roof top.

I have contacted LG through 7 chats, two phone calls, in which they acknowledge that they signed for my returned blue tooth and then cannot find it. Every time they say they will escalate the case - NOPE. Last two phones calls - we will call you back - NOPE. I have provided the tracking number showing LG received it - what is so hard to admit you lost it and just replace the thing? I purchased and LG refrigerator, washer and dryer. The washer always leaves water standing so I have to keep the door open to prevent it smelling like a swamp. I often have to re-wash a load to eliminate the smell. Lately, it's almost impossible to get a load done in one try. It gives me a '1E' message toward the end of the cycle. The clothes are dripping, and I have to rerun the load, sometimes 2 or 3 times, to actually get it to spin the water out correctly. Of course, there's no 'spin only' selection, so this is costly in terms of electricity and water. The dispenser doesn't work for the detergent, so I have to place detergent directly into the washer. As for the refrigerator, the icemaker stoped working just after the warranty expired. Even the repairman thought it would be covered since it was so close, but NO. They wanted $750 to repair it. Guess what? I left it when we moved and bought an Amana. Never again will I purchase an LG product! They are pooorly made, they don't stand behind their products, and customer service is a complete joke.
