emailed lg customer service, if you do not have a receipt, basically they say the *** with you. do not buy LG products.

Phone was manufactured in Oct. 2015, I bought it in March 2016 from someone who decided they did not need this phone. Now I know why. LG Electronics does not care about their customers, and treat them as suckers.

Always buy from Costco. you never need a receipt, and if the product is defective you get your money back. No wonder google dumped LG. Live is not good with this company.

Do not buy any LG products, unless you want to waste your hard earned money. Cheers.
