We purchased a LG refrigerator and when the installer came to hook it up he said there was a defect on the ice and water tube and said it could not be fixed and put on the order to bring out a new refrigerator. Whe no one came out with the new refrigerator we called and were told we had not called within the 48 hour period and would not replace the refrig.

I asked to speak to a supervisror and was told they weren't available and they would tell me the same thing.

So we purchased a new refrig that we havn't even used yet and it is defective. I cannot believe that this is the way they treat customers.
