in order to get warranty repair on week old washer, LG schedules appointments with local service centers. First one didn't show up, then came on wrong day.
Second one gave one date, then changed to a week later. 40+ minute hold times, hard to reach a human, email confirmations contain wrong info. took over a half hour to get a supervisor on phone. Will just return product rather than deal with LG again.
Once you buy their product they just don't care about you anymore.
They actually told me to go back to retailer. I will go back to retailer----to return products and choose another manufacturer.
