My LG refrigerator, bought in November of 2017, would not hold refrigerator temperature. I called LG and they gave me diagnostics to go through.

ie. pull the plug and leave the refrigerator off for 45 min then plug it back in and see if it resets. It did not. After doing this two times, LG finally found a technician to send to the house.

That technician told me that I should get a thermometer for the inside of the refrigerator because "numbers don't lie". And he said he has worked on LG refrigerators for years and that I should "get a back-up refrigerator." He told LG there was NOTHING WRONG with my refrigerator!!! Meanwhile, I have spoiled food and two small children living in this house!

I even talked with Milton and Neill in executive services and got nowhere!

They refused to pay for the spoiled food and I was left with a malfunctioning refrigerator! I will NEVER buy another LG product!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Lg Electronics Refrigerator.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1800.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Disregard for customers frustration, After sales service, Loss of food policy, Product is a lemon and extremely poor customer service.
