Brand new LG fridge installed and motor is so loud, no one can sleep, even though the bedrooms are nowhere near the kitchen. Called LG and got rude, confusing and inadequate response even though the fridge was installed just the day before.

3 weeks later and still no help from LG. I spoke with 2 "supervisors" at LG, one who hung up on me and the other who gave me incorrect information about referral to a local repair company. I just discovered they gave me the incorrect phone number for the repair company and failed to send the paperwork to them. I think they just try to annoy their customers so they won't have to pay for repairs.

Don't think you are saving money with LG products!!!! If they don't function and they don't provide adequate support, it's just a waste of money
