Our 2 A.C.s were serviced with gas change at L.G. workshop/factory on 28th May, 2014 at an exorbitant cost of Rs. 4666/- each (Invoice no. 3311 and 3312).
The very next day and two times thereafter (last complaint no. RMA 140611099520) we informed that both the A.C.s continue to have the same problem as before. Every time, we have been informed that the engineer will call/come within 2 hours. THERE HAS BEEN NO CALL OR VISIT.
We deeply regret having bought L.G. A.C.s as we were given to understand that L.G. is a reputed company which cares for its customers.
The bad experience has made us change our opinion about L.G.
