When I called customer service to schedule a repair to my microwave, I was told this was a "carry in warranty only." In other words, I'm supposed to uninstall my built-in over, carry it to the car, carry it into a repair place 25 miles from my home, go without my microwave for days, even weeks, and that is their policy. I told them I would have never purchased a built-in appliance from them if I had known they did not have in-home repair for an appliance that failed within the first 90 days.

I am very unhappy with this customer service. It's ridiculous not to have a repair service call to someone's home when an appliance bigger than a toaster oven has failed.
