we had a tube that went out on our 4 month old OLED tv. called they had to go through service center, so they sent out Bens TV repair the tech came out cracked our screen, would not talk to me about the issue, said he need to step outside to talk to the office. Came back in and packed up his stuff and left. I called the next day and the rude Lady at Bens tv repair told me to Garbage the TV. I did not do the damage I have video of the tube going and no cracks in the screen. Now I cant get it repaired and I have the best buy credit card to pay. I am so pissed and frustrated no one at LG will deal with me.

Do not buy any tv LG has it will not last 2 years. Spend the extra money and get something that will last. After less then 2 years TV broke had it fixed and 9 months later it's broken again

I purchased this washer in August 2010. It had a recall in November 2013 to replace the motor. Now, SIX YEARS LATER, THE CLUTCH HAS GONE OUT AND WILL COST ME $600 TO REPAIR. I have decided to go with a new Whirlpool washer and dryer as LG products are junk! How they can sell such junk is beyond me. This set cost me $2000 in 2010. I have also purchased an LG Refrigerator (that the icemaker works some of the time), Stove and Microwave. I will NEVER purchase any LG product again and will tell everyone I know what junk they are making and selling. They should be ashamed and put out of business!

I recently received a software update to my LG Mobile device. The update disabled my device to authenticate to wireless router, or otherwise my phone can no longer connect to WiFi. LG stated they will correct their mistake, which they acknowledged as their mistake, and install the correct software for a fee. However, they will not provide any document regarding the work to be performed until after payment. They stated their policy is to explain he work over the phone and that is all. LG has a good business model. Sell a device, break the operation of the device, charge to repair the device without any written explanation until after authorization and payment have been received. Criminal.

LG phones are JUNK! I have had two of them (present one included) and both phones are a mess!

GPS stopped working, applications do not function well. Messages can take hours, or even days to receive.

These LG products are the worst I have owned. Never buy another LG device again.

Absolutely the worst customer svc. Sent watch in for am estimate for a cracked screen, they wanted $80 for a 1"glass. Opted to not repair as watch still works fine. Got watch back, missing a screw, the other 3screws were falling out, and won't tighten. Sent back, with a note that I was aware of the screen issue, just wanted the screws fixed as they were responsible for this. They sent me another quote for the screen. 12 phone calls later, and hours literally, on hold, they finally agreed to fix the screw issue. Over a month without a working watch. I would gladly have paid $50 for a screen, but $80, they are nuts.

I purchased a brand new air conditioner lg 3/15 on line and 7/15 I open box plugged it in and all *** broke loose, it made rumble sound i unplugged it immediately call your service center your,service center said they are not going to fix it. I brought a new air conditioner and never got to use it because it came to me broken. This is *** and I have asthma that's why I purchased a new air conditioner to keep cool in summer, summer is almost over and all l get is the run around, this isn't right! I don't have $300.00 to give or throw away I work hard to save for a new air conditioner. Then on top of that their trying to tell me to pay for repairs ! I just want a fully functional air conditioner This not right I will call the BBB and the news station and anyone else they will listen to my problem with lg Please fix this issue!!!!!

In June of 2015 we purchased $5,000 worth of LG appliances from an HHGregg store in Geneva, Il. At the time they were offering a $400 bundle rebate- $100 from HHGregg and $300 from LG. It is now 9/1/15 and we still have not received the rebate that was suppose to go out in 6-8 weeks. Called LG as there is nowhere to check out rebate info on line. After 15 minutes of speaking to 2 reps in India I was transferred to someone in the rebate department named Toya. She was extremely rude and told me that my rebate was approved but LG would not release the rebates. I asked her how she knew my rebate was approved since she did not have my name and she said that they had approved everyone that came in the mail. I told her that I was going to contact the states attorney as this is false advertising and she said "good, say hi to them for me" and then hung up

Same thing just happened to me.

Waiting over 14 weeks with no rebate. Bought a washer dryer bundle in October 2016.

After weekly phone calls, I still have not received anything. Any suggestions of how to move forward is greatly appreciated

On Aug,6, 2016, I purchased a kitchen bundle from Home Depot, after a sales person showed me how I could get a $400 rebate. I've called several times and received several excuses as to why I haven't received the rebate....yet.

On Jan. 4, 2017, an honest rep from the Advertising Checking Bureau, the company claiming to be handling the rebates, stated that LG Electronics had not paid off on any of its campaigns. I called back today and was told the prepaid VISA card went out on January 5, 2017 and of course I have not received it. Supposedly, it went out one day after my last call to the number on the rebate form.

On January 4, I was told they had not received a mailing date for any rebates, for any LG Electronic campaigns and today, I was told my rebate went out the very next day, January 5, 2017. I know it was never sent because I never received it! Now I'm told that I have to wait for another 30 days before they will issue another prepaid card. I have contacted the Attorney General in the state of Virginia and they are very interested in investigating this case.

I just mailed the purchase receipt, rebate form, proof of mailing and Letter of Complaint. I will be sending the same package to the Attorney General in the state of TN. When I am finished with LG Electronics, I will be taking Home Depot to court, to obtain the rebate they told me I would receive, when talking me into purchasing the kitchen bundle. when I sign off here, I'll be putting another package together for the Federal Trade Commission.

The fight is on people!

If you are experiencing a problem with an LG Electronic debate, contact the Attorney General of your state and the state of Tennesse and contact the Federal Trade Commission, as soon as possible.

I bought an LG french door, bottom freezer, stainless steel refrigerator, not cheap. 10 year warranty on compressor 7 years on the closed system (pipes, condenser etc.) 1 year labor. just short of 3 years old stops cooling... I contact them and they agree my warranty is valid. They give me the name and number for their guy and he diagnoses the problem over the phone talking to me. He says it's the compressor and that is common for these appliances so he will have to call them and get back to me. (Red Flags) after a week I contact him and he says they have confirmed and he'll get the part ordered and my labor costs will be 280 some dollars. ok so get it. another week i try calling him and he is on vacation??? hmm (More Red Flags) NOW a month has lapsed and I call and express how unhappy I am so they set me up with another approved repair company, they make it out to check it. They say compressor is fine it has lost it's coolant. So I pay a service call and they have to contact LG, The determination is I have to pay 180 some dollars to put dye in the system to determine if it has a leek???? (Where the *** did the coolant go if it doesn't have a leek) and if they find a leek they will provide the parts. A chemist friend of mine says that chemicals like the dyes would most likely have a sealer in it so if their is a tiny leek (tiny Leeks) it would seal them. Hence LG is trying to get me to pay to fix their problem. LG's a disreputable company in my book. They are a Korean company trying to rip off the American Consumers. They gamble on messing people around till they give up because on major appliances most people don't have the luxury of being able to wait for repairs and most will just give up and pay for it themselves. Well I have a spare!!! (My old one) I am not alone in this, check out reviews on their appliances. (I wish I had before buying this junk). So buyer beware!!! The TPP trade deal bad for American consumers, and companies. Do not buy LG appliances.
