Have called for service 5 times, technician was supposed to arrive on 8-17 between 1 and 5 PM. No show , never called.
Rescheduled through Corporate office on 8-18 , same time. Recd call at 2:30 advising technician , did not report in, could not find technician. Called " customer service " in the Phillipines , rep agrgued with me abpout time of day , kept insisting I was on CST , not EST Now rescheduled for 8-22 Will never buy another LG appliance .
Want repair done at NO Chrge or unit replaced No one at this Company cares about service or reputation of their product . If H H Gregg ( where I purchased unit were still in business , would drop unit off on theri door step We will see
