one morning we had a green line down the middle of the tv. We called LG and they took 2 weeks to get someone to fix it and now another 2 weeks to be told that the part will not be in til the end of the month.
We will have been without it for over 6 weeks and they refuse to replace the tv. All LG seems to care about is fixing at what ever expense to consumer at the consumers inconvenience at cost.
I have expressed to them that I feel the tv is a lemon and that we would like to have it replaced and also that it is a complete inconvenience to have spent a thousand dollars on a tv and be without it for that long after only 4 months. I would not recommend LG>
