6-22-11 the LG LCD TV, purchased 10-18-10, quit working via the remote. I called the tech support and was run through a bunch of tests after which they decide it's the TV and not the remote causing the problem.
I have to wait 3-5 business days for the company to find a repairman to come fix the TV. I live out in the middle of nowhere and it's the end of day 4 and still no results after repeats emails and phone calls.
LG customer service is the pits. So my next step is the state attorney generals office of consumer affairs.
