We purchased a 47"LG 3 D TV bundle on 11-29-2010 in Harlingen, got it financed with a 4 year warranty and were told that there were 60 available in the warehouse. We were told that the TV should arrive in a few days from San Antonio.
I have been calling the store on a regular basis, but I am being told that there aren't any in the warehouse, and that none have been ordered. So what exactly does this mean? They tried to convince me to buy another TV, that would cost more and I would have to by the blu-ray player and the glasses seperate. I just want what I bought or give me something that is comparable and includes all the extras.
As far as I'm concerened Conn's has a problem, and I just want it fixed. Does the word lawsuit mean anything?
